ÀÌ¿Í °°Àº °úÁ¤À» ÅëÇÑ º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ °á°ú´Â ´ÙÀ½°ú °°´Ù: 1) ±âÁ¸ º¹°øÆÇÀÇ ¹®Á¦Á¡À» º¸¿ÏÇϱâ À§ÇØ ´Ü¸é°­¼ºÀÌ Å« HÇü°­À» º´·Ä¹èÄ¡ ÇÏ¿© º¹°øÆÇ »óºÎ¿¡ 400kgf/cm$^{2}$ °­µµÀÇ ÄÜÅ©¸®Æ®¸¦ Ÿ¼³, ÄÜÅ©¸®Æ® Æ÷Àå Ǧ¸é¿¡ ±×·çºù(Grooving) ó¸®ÇÏ¿© ±âÁ¸ º¹°øÆÇ¿¡ ºñÇØ ¹Ì²ô·³¹æÁö ¼º´ÉÀ» Çâ»ó½Ãų ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ½ÅÇü SRC º¹°øÆÇÀ» °³¹ßÇÏ¿´´Ù. 3) Á¤ÀçÇϽÇÇè°á°ú ±âÁ¸ º¹°øÆÇÀÌ ÃÖ´ëÇÏÁß 27.01tonf¿¡¼­ º¯ÇüµÇ¾î ¿ëÁ¢ºÎºÐÀÌ ÆÄ±«µÇ´Â °Í¿¡ ºñÇØ ½ÅÇü SRC º¹°øÆÇÀÌ ÃÖ´ëÇÏÁß 78.8tonf¿¡¼­ º¯ÇüµÇ¾î ±âÁ¸ º¹°øÆÇº¸´Ù ¿ì¼öÇÑ °ÍÀ¸·Î ºÐ¼®µÇ¾ú´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ ÇǷνÇÇè°á°ú ±âÁ¸ º¹°øÆÇÀÌ 3,900ȸÀÇ ÇǷνÇÇè ½Ã ¿ëÁ¢ºÎÀ§ÀÇ ±¹ºÎÀûÀÎ ±Õ¿­ÀÌ ¹ß»ýÇÑ °Í¿¡ ºñÇØ ½ÅÇü SRCº¹°øÆÇÀÇ 100¸¸È¸ ÇǷνÇÇè°á°ú Ưº°ÇÑ º¯ÇüÀÌ ÀϾÁö ¾Ê¾Æ ±âÁ¸ º¹°øº¸´Ù °­¼ºÀÌ ¿ì¼öÇÑ °ÍÀ¸·Î ºÐ¼®µÇ¾ú´Ù.
The purpose of this study is to suggest a new SRC(Steel Ready mixed Concrete) lining board. The research method of this study includes problem analysis of existing lining boards a constant load test and a fatigue test. The results of this study are as follow : 1) the suggested new lining board improves the function and reduce slipperiness than existing lining boards. 2) the strength of the new SRC lining board is analyzed as superior than existing lining boards from the results of constant load test and fatigue test.
