Aphanothece¼Ó°ú ºÐ·ùÇÐÀû Ư¡ÀÌ À¯»çÇÑ ³²Á¶½Ä¹° SG63À» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ¹è¾ç¾×ÀÇ NaCl°ú $MgSO_4{cdot}7H_2O$ ³óµµ¿¡ µû¸¥ ÃÖÀû »ý¸®Àû Ȱ¼ºÀ» ¿¬±¸Çß´Ù. SG63ÀÇ ÃÖ°í ¼ºÀå·üÀº 56%ÀÇ NaCl°ú 20%ÀÇ $MgSO_4{cdot}7H_2O$ ³óµµÀÇ ¹è¾ç¾×¿¡¼­ °¢°¢ ÀÌ·ç¾îÁ³´Ù. ¿±·Ï¼Ò a, phycocyanin°ú ¼ö¿ë¼º ´Ü¹éÁúÀÇ ÇÕ¼ºÀ²Àº µÎ ¹«±â¿°µµ¿¡ µû¶ó ¿µÇâÀ» ¹Þ¾Ò´Ù. ƯÈ÷, ¿±·Ï¼Ò a¿Í phycocyaninÀÇ ³óµµ´Â NaCl ÇÔ·®ÀÌ ³ôÀº ¹è¾ç¾×Àϼö·Ï °¨¼ÒµÇ¾ú´Ù. ³²Á¶½Ä¹° SG63ÀÇ carotenoidÀÇ ±¸¼º¹°ÁúÀº ${eta}-carotene$, echinenone, zeaxanthin°ú myxoxanthophyllÀÌ¿´´Ù. ÃѴܹéÁú°ú ¿±·Ï¼Ò aÀÇ ³óµµºñÀ²°ú phycocyanin°ú ¿±·Ï¼Ò aÀÇ ³óµµºñÀ²Àº NaCl ÇÔ·®¿¡ ºñ·ÊÇϰí ÃÖ°í ¼ºÀå·üÀ» ³ªÅ¸³»´Â 20%ÀÇ $MgSO_4{cdot}7H_2O$ ¹è¾ç¾×¿¡¼­ °¡Àå ³ô¾Ò´Ù. µû¶ó¼­ ¹è¾ç¾×³»¿¡ $MgSO_4{cdot}7H_2O$ÀÇ ÇÔ·®ÀÌ ³ôÀ»¼ö·Ï phycocyanin°ú ´Ü¹éÁúÇÕ¼ºÀ» ÃËÁøÇÑ´Ù. À§ÀÇ °á°ú´Â ¾ÕÀ¸·Î ³²Á¶½Ä¹°ÀÇ ´ëü½Äǰ°³¹ß°ú ÀǾàǰÀÇ °³¹ßÀ» À§ÇÑ »õ·Î¿î ÇÕ¼º¹°ÁúÀÇ ÃßÃâ¿¡ ±â¿©Çϱâ À§ÇÑ mass culture¿¡ ÀÀ¿ëµÉ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù°í º»´Ù.
The characteristic of Cyanophyte genus SG63 is similar to that of Aphanot hece sp. The optimal growth was found with the concentration of NaCI and $MgSO_4{cdot}7H_2O$ on the culture medium. The most optimal condition is 56%0 of NaCl (S4 medium) and 20%0 of $MgSO_4{cdot}7H_2O$ (M2 medium). The synthesis of chlorophyll a, phycocyanin and soluble proteins is affected by the concentration of the two mineral elements in culture. Especially, the content of chlorophyll a and phycocyanin decreases on the most highly saline medium. The identified principal carotenoids are ${eta}-carotene$, echinenone, zeaxanthin and myxoxanthophyll. The rates of concentration of protein/chlorophyll a and phycocyanin/chlorophyll a are low on the S4 medium. Inversely, these rates are the highest on the M2 medium. Accordingly, the high concentration of $MgSO_4{cdot}7H_2O$ provoke the synthesis of phycocyanin and total proteins.oteins.
