| 현행 우리나라에서의 기술사 자격취득요건은 기술계와 기능계의 미분리, 대학교육 특히 공학교육인증 대학교육과의 연계 미비 등의 문제점으로 인하여, 선진 각국의 기술사 자격취득요건에 비하여 상당부분 그 요건이 미약한 실정으로서, 이러한 문제는 결국 우리나라 기술사의 국제 통용성 확보를 근본적으로 불가능하게 만드는 il인으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술사 자격취득요건과 관련한 국제적 동향을 살펴보고 국내 제도와 선진국 제도를 고찰하여, 우리나라의 기술사 자격이 국제 통용성을 확보할 수 있는 방향으로 기술사 자격취득요건을 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. |

| Compared with the Certification Requirements for Professional Engineer in other country, those of Korean are not satisfactory. This is due to a few facts such as no relation with accreditation of engineering education and no separation of technical field and engineering field. Eventually, this problem makes it impossible to ensure the international mobility of Korean professional engineers. This research reviews the international trends regarding the professional engineer certification requirements, compares the requirements of Korea and other countries, proposes three alternatives for improvement, and suggests two implementation plans for the alternatives. |
