| 국내 건설산업에서 공사비가 50억원 이하인 소규모 프로젝트가 차지하는 비중은 전체 건설 프로젝트의 90%에 달하고 있다. 하지만 소규모 프로젝트에 대한 인식의 부족과 체계적 인 관리의 부재로 인해 프로젝트의 수행에 있어 많은 손실과 관리의 어려움을 느끼고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 설문조사를 실시하여 국내 소규모 프로젝트의 관리실태를 파악하였다. 소규모 프로젝트 관리방식에 관한 인식, 단계별 관리실태 및 중요도, 프로젝트 성공요소와 관리항목간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 또한 소규모 프로젝트를 수행하는 계약주체들이 효과적이고 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 개념적 관리방안을 제시하였다. |

| The small construction projects under $\5$ billion occupy 90$%$ of Korea construction industry. Because of the lack of the right recognition and management tool for the small construction projects, it is difficult to carry out successfully. This study recognized the present status of the domestic small construction industry through the questionnaire with experts. By the analysis of the questionnaire, this study finds items such as the management methods and the success factor about the small projects. Also the study suggests the conceptual framework that the construction party could manage the small project effectively. |
