MS¹èÁöÀÇ ¹«±â¹° ³óµµ¸¦ 2¹è·Î ÷°¡ÇÑ ¹èÁö¿¡¼ ½ÅÃÊÀÇ Áõ½Ä°ú »ýÀåÀÌ È°¹ßÈ÷ ÀÌ·ç¾îÁ³´Ù. ½ÅÃÊ Àç»ý¿¡ ÀûÇÕÇÑ ¹èÁöÀÇ Áú¼ÒÇÔ·®Àº MS¹èÁöÀÇ 1/2¹è ¼öÁØ À̾ú°í, ÀûÁ¤ sucrose³óµµ´Â 1%¿´´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ ¹èÁö¿¡ $NaH_2PO_4$¸¦ ÷°¡ÇÔÀ¸·Î½á Àç»ýµÈ ½Ä¹°Ã¼ÀÇ »ýÀ°ÀÌ Àü¹ÝÀûÀ¸·Î ÃËÁøµÇ¾ú´Ù. ±Ù°æÀýÆíÀÇ ±â°üÇü¼º´É·ÂÀº kinetin°ú IBA¸¦ È¥¿ë ó¸®ÇÔÀ¸·Î½á ÃËÁøµÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç, $0.1sim0.2%$ÀÇ È°¼ºÅº°ú »ýÀåÁ¶Àý¹°ÁúÀ» È¥¿ë ó¸®ÇÑ °á°ú, ´Ù¼öÀÇ ½ÏÀÌ ¹¶Ä£ µíÀÌ º¸ÀÌ´Â primordia ÇüÅÂÀÇ ¹ß´ÞÀÌ ¾ïÁ¦µÇ¾ú°í, Æ÷ÀÚüÀÇ Á¤»óÀûÀÎ ÇüÅÂÇü¼ºÀÌ Çâ»óµÇ¾ú´Ù. |

| This study was conducted to investigate the efficient propagation method of Cyrtomium caryoptideum var. coreanum by sporophyte culture. The influence of origin of explant sources (rhizome, blade, or stipe) and homogenization of culture materials on shoot regeneration were investigated. As a result, only rhizome explant exhibited the organogenic capacity and the shoot regeneration was promoted by homogenization of culture material. Vigorous and excellent growth of multiple shoots was induced on the half-strength of inorganic salts containing MS medium. It was appeared that optimum nitrogen content of shoot regeneration was half-strength of nitrogen containing MS medium (30mM) and optimum sucrose concentration was 1%. Addition of $NaH_2PO_4$ to culture medium generally enhanced shoot multiplication and promoted growth of the regenerants. The organogenic capacity of homogenized rhizomes was especially promoted on medium supplemented with $5{mu}M$ kinetin plus $5{mu}M$ IBA. The incorporation of $0.1sim0.2%$ activated charcoal on medium supplemented with growth regulators prevented the formation of multiple bud primordia - nodule-like bud clusters and improved the normal morphogenesis of sporophytes. |
