¿ªº´±Õ (Phytophthora infestans)ÀÇ ±Õ»ç ½ÅÀå ¹× ³­Æ÷ÀÚ Çü¼º¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â »ý¸® È­ÇÐÀû ¿µÇâÀ» ¾Ë¾Æº¸°íÀÚ ±¹³»¿¡¼­ ºÐ¸®µÈ $A^2$ÇüÀÎ KM10, U6, MHB6, CDB6, JD1°ú ÀϺ»¿¡¼­ ºÐ¾ç ¹ÞÀº $A^1$ÇüÀÎ F8l7, DNC303, $A^2$ ÇüÀÎ IB908, DN107 ±ÕÁÖ¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© °ø½Ã ¹èÁöº° ¹× V-8A ¹èÁö¿¡ cholesterol, $eta$-sitosterol¹× lecithinÀ» ÷°¡ÇßÀ» ¶§ÀÇ ¿µÇâÀ» Á¶»çÇϰí, ½Ä¹°Ã¼»ó¿¡¼­ÀÇ ³­Æ÷ÀÚ Çü¼º¿©ºÎ¸¦ Á¶»çÇÑ °á°ú, ´ÙÀ½°ú °°Àº °á°ú¸¦ ¾òÀ» ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. 1. ±Õ»ç ½ÅÀåÀº V-8A, RMA¿¡¼­ ¾çÈ£ÇÏ¿´°í, ³­Æ÷ÀÚ Çü¼ºÀº V-8A¿¡¼­ °¡Àå ¸¹¾Ò´Ù. V-8A¿¡ cholesterol, $eta$-sitosterol ¹× lecithinÀ» ÷°¡ÇÏ¿´À» ¶§ Á¢Á¾ 10ÀÏ ÈÄ ±Õ»ç ½ÅÀåÀº ¹«Ã³¸® ´ëºñ °¢°¢ 16.6, 8.3, 5.2% ´õ ½ÅÀåÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, ³­Æ÷ÀÚ Çü¼º¼ö´Â °¢°¢ 76.0, 58.0, 34.6% Å©°Ô Áõ°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù. 2. $A^1$Çü°ú $A^2$ÇüÀÌ µ¿½Ã¿¡ Á¸ÀçÇÒ °æ¿ì ½Ä¹°Ã¼»ó¿¡¼­ ³­Æ÷ÀÚ¸¦ Çü¼ºÇÏ´ÂÁö ¾Ë¾Æº¸°íÀÚ ½Ä¹°Ã¼ Á¶Á÷Æí¿¡ $A^1$, $A^2$ÇüÀ» ´ëÄ¡ ¹è¾çÇÏ¿© ³­Æ÷ÀÚ Çü¼ºÀ» À¯µµÇÑ °á°ú, ³­Æ÷ÀÚÀÇ Çü¼º·ü ¹× ¼ö´Â Àû¾úÀ¸³ª, ½Ä¹°Ã¼ »ó¿¡¼­µµ ³­Æ÷ÀÚ Çü¼ºÀÌ °¡´ÉÇÑ °ÍÀ» È®ÀÎ ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Âµ¥, ±ÝÈÄ ÀÌ¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ¼¼½ÉÇÑ ÁÖÀǰ¡ ÇÊ¿äÇÒ °ÍÀ¸·Î »ý°¢µÈ´Ù.
The effects of media, cholesterol, $eta$-sitosterol and lecithin on the growth and oospore production of the isolates KM10, U6, CDB6, MHB6, JD1 (A$^2$type) of Phytophthora infestans isolated in Korea and F8l7, DNC303 (A$^1$type), IB908, DN107 (A$^2$type) obtained from Japan were investigated. Mycelium of P. infestans grew better on V-8 juice agar and rye meal agar than on the other media. Oospores were produced most abundantly on V-8 juice agar. Mycelium extended more 16.6, 8.3, and 5.2% on V-8 juice agar supplemented with 5 $mu extrm{g}$/$mell$ of cholesterol, $eta$-sitosterol and lecithin, respectively, and oospores are produced 76.0, 58.0, and 34.6 % on V-8juice agar supplemented with 5 $mu extrm{g}$/$mell$ of cholesterol, $eta$-sitosterol and lecithin, respectively. Oospores more produced on detached potato plant disks when $A^1$ and $A^2$ type exist simultaneously which indicating that variation of population can occur in the field, but the rate of oospore formation and the number of oospores produced was low and small quantity.
