| ¿ì¸® ³ª¶ó ³ó°¡¿¡¼ Àç¹èµÇ°í ÀÖ´Â ¾à¿ëÀÛ¹°°ú Ãâ¾ß¿¡ ÀÚ»ýÇϰí ÀÖ´Â ÁÖ¿ä Æ¯¿ëÀÚ¿ø½Ä¹° 10¿©°¡Áö·ÎºÎÅÍ ÃßÃâÇÑ ÃßÃâ¾× ÀÌ ¹«(radish) ÀÇ ¹ß¾Æ ¹× ÁÙ±â, »Ñ¸®ÀÇ »ýÀ°°ú Áٱ⠻Ѹ®ÀÇ °Ç¹°ÁßÀ» Á¶»çÇÑ °á°ú °¢°¢ÀÇ ³óµµ¿¡¼ ¹«ÀÇ ¹ß¾Æ ¹× »ýÀ°À» ¾ïÁ¦ÇÔÀ» ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú´Ù. 1. ½Ä¹°Ã¼·ÎºÎÅÍ ÃßÃâÇÑ ÃßÃâ¾×ÀÇ »êµµ°¡ Á¾ÀÚÀÇ ¹ß¾Æ¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâÀ» ¾Ë¾Æº¸°íÀÚ °¢°¢ÀÇ Æ¯¿ëÀÚ¿ø½Ä¹°ÀÇ pH¸¦ Á¶»çÇØº» °á°ú °ÅÀÇ Áß¼ºÀ̳ª ¾à ¾ËÄ®¸®¼ºÀ» ³ªÅ¸³ÂÀ¸¸ç ´ç±ÍÀÇ ÃßÃâ¹°ÀÇ ³óµµ°¡ 5%, 10%¿¡¼ pH »ê¼º ¹ÝÀÀÀ» ³ªÅ¸³Â´Ù. 2. ÇØ¹Ù¶ó±âÃßÃâ¹°ÀÇ ³óµµ°¡ 10% ³óµµ ÀÏ ¶§ 63% Á¤µµÀÇ ¹ß¾Æ¾ïÁ¦ È¿°ú¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³»°í ÀÖÀ¸¸ç, µµ²¿¸¶¸®, ´ç±Í, ±î¸¶ÁßÀÇ ÃßÃâ¹°¿¡¼´Â 10% ³óµµÀÏ ¶§ °ÅÀÇ ¹ß¾Æ°¡ µÇÁö ¾Ê¾Æ ¹«ÀÇ ¹ß¾Æ¿¡ ÃßÃâ¹°ÀÌ °ÇÑ ¾ïÁ¦ ¿µÇâÀ» ³ªÅ¸³½´Ù´Â °Í À» ¾Ë ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. 3. Áٱ⼺Àå °ü°è¸¦ º¸¸é 1% ³óµµ¿¡¼´Â ¹«ÀÇ Áٱ⠻ýÀåÀº ÃËÁøµÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç ±× Áß¿¡¼µµ µÕ±¼·¹ ÃßÃâ¹°¿¡¼ °ÅÀÇ 2¹èÀÇ ¼ºÀå ÃËÁøÀ» °¡Á® ¿ÔÀ¸¸ç ±î¸¶Áß ÃßÃâ¹°µµ 1.9¹èÀÇ ÃËÁø È¿°ú¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³Â´Ù. 5% ³óµµÀÏ ¶§´Â ġĿ¸® ÃßÃâ¹°¿¡¼´Â control¿¡ ºñÇØ 2¹è·Î »ýÀåÀÌ ¿ì¼öÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç Ȳ±âÃßÃâ¹°Àº 75%Á¤µµÀÇ »ýÀå¾ïÁ¦¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú°í µµ²¿¸¶¸®, ´ç±Í, ±î¸¶Áß ÃßÃâ¹°¿¡¼´Â ÀüÇô ¼ºÀåÇÏÁö ¸øÇÏ¿© °ÇÑ »ýÀå¾ïÁ¦ ÀÛ¿ëÀ» ³ªÅ¸³Â´Ù. 4. »Ñ¸® »ýÀå¿¡¼ ÃßÃâ¹°³óµµ 1%¿¡¼´Â ÇØ¹Ù¶ó±â¸¦ Á¦¿ÜÇÑ ´Ù¸¥ Ư¿ëÀÚ¿ø½Ä¹°¿¡¼´Â »Ñ¸®ÀÇ »ýÀåÀÌ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. 5%³óµµ¿¡¼ ġĿ¸®, µÕ±¼·¹´Â »ýÀåÀ» ÃËÁø ½ÃÄ×°í, 10% ³óµµ ±î¸¶Áß, µµ²¿¸¶¸®, ´ç±Í ÃßÃâ¹°¿¡¼´Â ÀüÇô »ýÀåµÇÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù. 5. | For determining the effect of extracts exudated from ten industrial plant resources on germination and early growth of shoot and root of radish the allelopathic compounds screened. Germination rate and seedling growth of radish differed depending on plant species and extract concentration. Lower levels of 1% extracts exudated from industrial plant resources promoted the rate of germination of radish while higher levels of 10% extract inhibited the rate of germination. Germination rate, shoot growth and root growth of radish in higher concentration of extract also differed depending on the plant species exudated and extract concentraton of industrial plant resources. Higher concentration of extracts from Xanthium strutnarium L. Angellica gigas Nakai, and Solanum nigrum L. were completely inhibited the germination while those from Cichorium intybus L., and Polygonatum officinale Allioni were not inhibited. Extracts exudated from Xanthium strutnarium L, Angellica gigas Nakai, and Solanum nigrum L. showed the strong inhibition of shoot and root growth of radish while those from Cichorium intybus L., and Polygonatum officinale Allioni did not show the bioactivity in shoot and root growth of radish.. |
