ÃÑ Æú¸®Æä³î ¹× Çö󺸳ëÀ̵å ÇÔ·®Àº ÁÖ¸ñ¿¡¼ °¢°¢ $57.51mg{cdot}g^{-1}$°ú $7.98mg{cdot}g^{-1}$À¸·Î °¡Àå ³ô°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. Á¾ÀÚÃßÃâ¹°ÀÇ DPPH ¶óµðÄ® ¼Ò°Å Ȱ¼ºÀº ¸Ó·ç$ imes$'Ä·º§¾ó¸®' ±³¹èÁ¾¿¡¼ $RC_{50}$ÀÌ $0.03mg{cdot}ml^{-1}$·Î °¡Àå ³ô¾Ò°í, ABTS ¶óµðÄ® ¼Ò°ÅȰ¼ºÀº °íÀ½³ª¹« Á¾ÀÚ¿¡¼ $RC_{50}$ÀÌ $0.109mg{cdot}ml^{-1}$·Î °¡Àå ³ô°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. Ferric thiocyanate(FTC) ¹æ¹ýÀ¸·Î linoleic acid¿¡ ´ëÇÑ °ú»êÈ ¾ïÁ¦È¿°ú¸¦ Á¶»çÇÑ °á°ú, °¨³ª¹«, °í¿è³ª¹«, ´çÈĹڳª¹«, Âʵ¿¹é³ª¹«, ¸Ó·ç, ¸Ó·ç$ imes$'Ä·º§¾ó¸®' ±³¹èÁ¾, ¹¤´ëÃß³ª¹«, ´ëÃß³ª¹«ÀÇ Á¾ÀÚÃßÃâ¹°¿¡¼ BHT¿Í À¯»çÇÑ ¼öÁØÀÇ ¾ïÁ¦È°¼ºÀ» º¸¿´´Ù. Á¾ÀÚÃßÃâ¹°ÀÇ tyrosinase ¾ïÁ¦È°¼ºÀº °¨³ª¹«, °í¿è³ª¹«, ÅÊÀÚ³ª¹«, º¢³ª¹«, ¹¤´ëÃß³ª¹«, ´ëÃß³ª¹«¿¡¼¸¸ ³ªÅ¸³µÀ¸¸ç, ƯÈ÷ °íÀ½³ª¹«¿¡¼ °¡Àå ³ô¾Ò´Ù. |

| Bioactive substances, antioxidant activities and tyrosinase inhibitory activities of seed extracts were evaluated to discover new functional materials, using 13 edible or medicinal plants. Total polyphenol and flavonoid contents were highest in Taxus cuspidata, with $57.51mg{cdot}g^{-1};and;7.98mg{cdot}g^{-1}$, respectively. Seed extract of Vitis coignetiae${ imes}$Vitis labruscana($RC_{30}=0.030mg{cdot}ml^{-1}$) was found to be the most effective in DPPH radical scavenging test, and the highest ABTS radical scavenging activity was shown in Diospyros lotus($RC_{30}=0.044mg{cdot}ml^{-1}$). Inhibitory effects on peroxidation of linoleic acid determined by ferric thiocyanate (FTC) method were similar to BHT in Diospyros kaki, Diospyros lotus, Magnolia officinalis, Styrax obassia, Vitis coignetiae, Vitis coignetiae${ imes}$Vistis labruscana, Zizyphus jujuba, Zizyphus jujuba var. inermis. For the inhibition against mushroom tyrosinase, Diospyros kaki, Diospyros lotus, Poncirus tritoliata, Prunus serrulata var. spomtanea, Zizyphus jujuba and Zizyphus jujuba var. inermis exhibited inhibitory activity, and especially Diospyros lotus showed the strongest inhibition. |
