¼ÖÀ̳¢ÀÇ MeOH ÃßÃâ¹°À» $CHCl_3$, EtOAc ¹× BuOH·Î ¿ë¸Å ºÐȹÇÏ¿© $CHCl_3$ ºÐȹÀ¸·ÎºÎÅÍ 5,7,3',4'-tetra hydroxy flavone ºÐ¸®ÇÏ¿´°í EtOAc ºÐȹ¿¡¼­ 3,3',4',5,7-pentahydroxy-2-phenylchromen-4-one°ú kaemperol-3-O-$eta$-D-glucopy-ranoside¸¦ ºÐ¸®ÇÏ¿´´Ù. BuOHºÐȹÀ¸·ÎºÎÅÍ´Â quercetin-3-O-rutinosideÀ» ºÐ¸®ÇÏ¿© ±× ±¸Á¶¸¦ ±Ô¸íÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¼ÖÀ̳¢¿¡¼­ ÀÌ ¹°ÁúµéÀº óÀ½ ºÐ¸® µÇ¾î º¸°íµÇ´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ù.
Four compounds, luteolin(1), quercetin(2) astragalin(3), rutin(4), were isolated from the methanol extract of the all part of Polytrichum commune. on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence. These compounds have not been isolated from this plant.
