Cissus juttae의 Callus 증식과 부정배의 유도

| Explants from stem, leaf and root tissue of Cissus juttae were plased on Ms medium supplemented ifferent combination of 2.4-D, NAA, Kinetin and BA in a actorial experiment. some callus formed in every treatment, but the best callus growth was on media containing $1.0{;}mg/{ell}$ NAA and $1.0{;}mg/{ell}$ BA. Formation of advantitious emboyos was evident in callus to MS medium supplemented with $0.1{;}mg/{ell}$. |
