식물공장 시스템을 이용한 약초의 채소화에 관한 기초연구 2. 채소화가능 약초의 대량생산 시험

| 초 록 |
| 주요(主要) 한약재(韓藥材)로 이용(利用)되고 있는 약용식물(藥用植物)인 황금(黃芩), 독활(獨活), 곽향(藿香)을 채소화(菜蔬化)하기 위하여 파종기(播種期) 및 재식밀도시험(栽植密度試驗)과 양액재배(養液栽培)를 실시(實施)하여 대량생산(大量生産) 가능성(可能性)을 검토(檢討)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1 채소화(菜蔬化) 가능(可能) 약용식물중(藥用植物中) 황금(黃芩)과 곽향(藿香)은 도장(圖場)의 출현율(出現率)이 높아 초밀식재배(超密植栽培)가 가능(可能)하여 대량(大量) 생산(生産) 할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 2. 채소용(菜蔬用) (가공용(加工用)) 유식물체(幼植物體)의 생산(生産)을 위한 밀식재배시(密植栽培時) 황금(黃芩)과 곽향(藿香)은 4월(月) 초순(初旬) 파종(播種)이 가장 유리(有利)하였으며, 재식밀도(栽植密度)는 초밀식재배(超密植栽培) $10 imes5cm$(200주(株)/$m^2$)가 유식물체(幼植物體) 생산(生産)이 증수(增收)되는 경향(傾向)이었다. 3. 식물공장(植物工場)시스템을 이용(利用)하기 위한 양액재배시(養液栽培時) 곽향(藿香)은 여액수경(濾液水耕) 방식(方式)에서 일본야채(日本野菜) 표준액(標準液)에서 재배(栽培)가 가능(可能)하였다. |

| In order to establish utilijzation of medicinal herb as vegetable by Hadroponcis, the present studies were conducted to inverstigate the experiment on year-round Production of medicinal herb. The results obtained are summaried as follows: Among Planting date, April 5 Planting date obtained the highest yield of Scutellariae Radix and Agastache rugosa Folium. Treatment of $10 imes5cm$(200 Plant/$m^2$) among Planting densities showed the highest yield of Scutellariae Radix and Agastache rugosa Folium. Plant height was thick in spacious planting, and was thin dense planting. Stem diameter was thick in spacious planting, and was thin in dense planting. Quality and yield of fresh weight ware highest in optimum planting densities($10 imes5cm$ : 200 plants/$m^2$). |
