Àλï callusÀÇ ±â³»¹è¾ç¿¡ ÀÇÇØ¼­ Ç׾Ϲ°ÁúÀ» ´ë·®»ý»êÇϱâ À§ÇÑ ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ÀÏȯÀ¸·Î Àλï callusÀÇ polyacetylene»ý»ê¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â Àü±¸¹°Áú ¹× elicitorÀÇ È¿°ú¸¦ Á¶»çÇÏ¿´´Ù. 5mg/lÀÇ L-phenylalanine÷°¡¹èÁö¿¡¼­ Àλï callusÀÇ »ýÀå°ú polyacethyleneÇÕ¼ºÀÌ °¡Àå ¾çÈ£ÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç panaxynol»Ó¸¸ ¾Æ´Ï¶ó panaxydolµµ Çü¼ºµÇ¾ú´Ù. ¹Ý¸é¿¡ $alpha-methyl-D.L.methionine$°ú D.L.-norleucine ÷°¡±¸¿¡¼­´Â polyacetyleneÀÌ ÀüÇô »ý¼ºµÇÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù. Elicitor·Î »ç¿ëµÇ´Â nigeranÀº ³óµµ°¡ ³ô¾ÆÁú¼ö·Ï Àλï callusÀÇ »ýÀåÀ» ¾ïÁ¦½ÃŰÁö¸¸ polyacetylene»ý¼º¿¡´Â ÀüÇô ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡Áö ¸øÇß´Ù. ±×·¯³ª chitosanÀº 0.5mg/lÀÇ ³óµµ¿¡¼­ ´Â Àλï callusÀÇ »ýÀå°ú polyacetyleneÀÇ »ý¼º¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ÁÖÁö ¸øÇÏ¿´À¸³ª, 1mg/l ÀÌ»ó 󸮱¸¿¡¼­´Â panaxynolÀº °ËÃâµÇÁö ¾Ê¾ÒÁö¸¸ panaxydolÀº °ËÃâµÇ¾ú´Ù.
In order to develop the mass production method of anticancer compound-polyacetylene from tissue culture of Panax ginseng C.A. Mayor, these studies were carried out for the effects of various chemicals used as precursor and elicitor in viª«o. Ginseng callus cultured on the growth medium containing 5mg/l L-phenylalanine was well grown and detected polyacetylene compounds as well as panaxydol and panxynol. But same media containing $alpha-methyl-D.L.methionine$ and D.L.-norleucine was not detected any polyacetylene. Panaxydol, one of polyacetylene and active anticancer compound, was detected in calli cultured on media with upper 1mg/l chitosan used as elicitor, but panaxynol was not detected. Nigeran used as active elicitor, caused to decrease the growth of ginseng callus, and don't work as elictor on the biosynthesis of polyacetylene from ginseng callus.
