| Âü¿ÜÀÇ ºñ½Ä¿ëºÎÀ§ÀÎ ¾¾, ²ÀÁö, ÁÙ±â ÀÙ ºÎÀ§ÀÇ Ç×»êÈ ±â´É¼ºÀ» ±¸¸íÇϱâ À§ÇÏ¿© DPPH, ABTS, FRAP, SOD µî ´Ù¾çÇÑ Ç×»êÈ ½ÇÇè¹ýÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© Ç×»êÈ È°¼ºÀ» Æò°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ±× °á°ú Âü¿Ü ºñ½Ä¿ëºÎÀ§ÀÇ Ç×»êÈ È°¼ºÀº Âü¿Ü ²ÀÁöºÎÀ§¿¡¼ °¡Àå ³ôÀº Ç×»êÈ È°¼ºÀ» º¸¿©ÁÖ¾úÀ¸¸ç, ³óµµ ÀÇÁ¸ÀûÀ¸·Î Ȱ¼ºÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÃÑ Æä³î ¼ººÐ ¶ÇÇÑ ²ÀÁö »ýü 100 g´ç 143.4 mgÀ¸·Î °¡Àå ³ô°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. Ç×»êÈ È°¼º°ú ÃÑ Æä³î°£ÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è¸¦ Á¶»çÇÑ °á°ú ³ôÀº »ó°ü°ü°è°¡ ÀÖÀ½À» È®ÀÎÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. | In order to elucidate the antioxidant potential of non-edible parts of oriental melon, antioxidant activities and total phenolic compound contents of six samples including peel, placenta, stem leaf, flesh and seed were determined. Antioxidant activities were evaluated using in vitro DPPH, ABTS, FRAP, and SOD assay. Among non-edible parts of oriental melon, stalk showed the highest antioxidant activity and its antioxidant potential increased significantly in a dose-dependent manner. The contents of total phenolic compound were also higher than other parts. The relationship between antioxidant activities and the contents of total phenolic compound were analyzed and showed higher correlation coefficients between ABTS radical scavenging activity and contents of total phenolic compound. The above results suggest that the stalk of oriental melon may have potential as a good source for functional material. |
