| This second stage study on the Wild and Scenic Rivers System is a proposal for system disignation. Study area is the part of the Han River flowing through the Seoul Metropolitan Region. Consequently, developpment pressure and demand for recreational land uses along the river are very high, and that is why the Wild and Scenic rivers System is urgently needed for the Han River among other major rivers of the nation.
