| ¼¶À¯¼Ò ±âÁú¿¡ ºÎÂøÇÑ ¼¼±ÕÀÇ ÃµÀ̰úÁ¤À» ¿µ¾ç»óŰ¡ ´Ù¸¥ µÎ È£¼ö, ¼Ò¾çÈ£¿Í ¹®ÃµÁö¿¡¼ ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. µÎ È£¼ö¿¡ cellulose filmÀ» 1996³â 5¿ù¿¡ ³ëÃâ½ÃŲ ÈÄ ÀÏÁÖÀÏ °£°ÝÀ¸·Î 8ÁÖ°£ ȸ¼öÇÏ¿´´Ù. ºÎÂø¼¼±ÕÀÇ ÇüÅ´ ÀüÀÚÇö¹Ì°æÀ¸·Î, °³Ã¼¼ö´Â Çü±¤Çö¹Ì°æÀ¸·Î, ±ºÁý ±¸Á¶´Â in situ hybridization ¹æ¹ýÀ¸·Î ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¼Ò¾çÈ£¿Í ¹®ÃµÁö¿¡¼ ³ëÃâ½ÃŲ cellulose film¿¡ ³ªÅ¸³ª´Â ¹Ì»ý¹° õÀÌ¿¡´Â È®¿¬ÇÑ Â÷À̰¡ ÀÖÀ½À» ¾Ë ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ¼Ò¾çÈ£¿¡¼´Â 5ÁÖ ÈÄ¿¡ ¼¼±Õ¿¡ ÀÇÇÏ¿© ºÐÇØµÈ °ñÀÌ º¸À̳ª, ¼ö¿ÂÀÌ ³ô°í, ºÎ¿µ¾çÈ »óÅÂÀÎ ¹®ÃµÁö¿¡¼´Â 1ÁÖ ÈÄ¿¡ ºÐÇØµÈ °ÍÀ» º¼ ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú°í, ºÐÇØµµ ÈξÀ Àß µÇ¾ú´Ù. ¼¼±Õ ÁÖÀ§¿¡´Â ºÎÂø¿¡ »ç¿ëµÇ´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î º¸ÀÌ´Â ¹°ÁúµéÀ» °üÂûÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ¼Ò¾çÈ£¿¡¼´Â proteobacteriaÀÇ ºñÀ²ÀÌ 4ÁÖ ÈÄ¿¡´Â 48%, 6ÁÖ ÈÄ¿¡´Â 81%, 8ÁÖ ÈÄ¿¡´Â 100%·Î Áõ°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¹®ÃµÁö¿¡¼´Â 2ÁÖ ÈÄ¿¡ 57%, 6ÁÖ ÈÄ¿¡ 100%ÀÇ ºñÀ²·Î ±ÞÁõÇϸç, 8ÁÖ ÈÄ¿¡´Â 11%·Î ±Þ°¨ÇÏ´Â µîÀÇ Å« º¯È¸¦ º¸¿´´Ù. µÎ È£¼ö ¸ðµÎ ½Ã±âÀûÀ¸·Î´Â Â÷À̰¡ ÀÖÀ¸³ª, proteobacteriaÀÇ ºñÀ²ÀÌ 100%¿¡ À̸£´Â ½ÃÁ¡ÀÌ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ¶Ç, õÀ̰¡ ÁøÇàµÇ¸é¼ µÎ È£¼ö ¸ðµÎ ${alpha}-group$ÀÇ ºñÀ²ÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù. |

| To scrutinize the bacterial succession on detritus in aquatic ecosystem, morphology, numbers, and phylogenetic group of the bacterica were studied by Scanning Electron Microscopy, epiflourescence microscopy, and in situ hybridization, respectively. Cellulose films as substrate were exposed to epilimnion of Lake Soyang and Moonchon from May, 1996 and collected weekly for analysis. In Lake Soyang, mesotrophic reservoir, the lesions as result of degradation appeared after 5 weeks, while in Lake Moonchon, eutrophic reservoir, those appeared only after 1 week. In Lake Soyang, the proportions of proteobacteria increased with the increase of exposing period. The proportions of proteobacteria were 48% after 4 weeks, 81% after 6 weeks and 100% after 8 weeks. In Moonchon Lake, those were 57% after 2 weeks, 100% after 6 weeks, and drastically dropped to 11% after 8 weeks. Among the phylogenetic groups, ${alpha}-group$ became dominant in both lakes. |
