³«µ¿°­ ÇÏ·ùÀÇ ´ã¼ö¿¡¼­ ȯ°æ¿äÀΰú ´ã¼öÁ¶·ùÀÇ ÀϺ¯È­¸¦ Á¶»çÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¼ö¿Â, DO, pH´Â 15½Ã¸¦ Àü ÈÄ·Î ÇÏ¿© ÃÖ°íÄ¡¸¦ º¸¿´´Ù. Alkalinity´Â ÁÖ°£¿¡ ³ô°í ¾ß°£¿¡ ³·¾Ò°í ¼ö½ÉÀÌ ±íÀ»¼ö·Ï ¸Å¿ì Áõ°¡ÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç pH¿Í´Â ¿ª»ó°üÀ̾ú´Ù. ÇÏ·ç Áß DO³óµµ´Â Áֱ⼺ÀÌ ¸Å¿ì ¶Ñ·ÇÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç ´ã¼öÁ¶·ùÀÇ ºÐÆ÷¿Í ¹ÐÁ¢ÇÑ °ü°è°¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ´ã¼öÁ¶·ùÀÇ ¼öÁ÷ºÐÆ÷¿¡ À־´Â ¼ö½É¿¡ ´ëÇÑ °¨¼ÒÇü, ±ÕµîºÐÆ÷Çü ¹× ¿ªÀüÇüÀÇ 3°¡Áö·Î ºÐ·ùµÇ¾ú´Ù. ³ìÁ¶ Chlamydomonas spp., Eudorina elegans, À¯±Û·¹³ªÁ¶ Euglena spp.´Â °¨¼ÒÇü, Chroomonas spp. µî ÀºÆí¸ðÁ¶·ù´Â ¿ªÀüÇüÀ̾ú°í ±ÔÁ¶ Cyclotella meneghiniana´Â ¼ö½É¿¡ µû¶ó Â÷À̰¡ ¾ø°Å³ª ÀúÃþÀÇ ¹Ðµµ°¡ ´Ù¼Ò ³ô¾Ò´Ù. ¿µ¾ç¿° Áß SRP ¹× $NH_4$´Â ¼ö½ÉÀÌ ±íÀ»¼ö·Ï ³óµµ°¡ Áõ°¡Çϰųª ÁÖ ¾ß°£¿¡ µû¸¥ º¯µ¿ÀÌ °üÂûµÈ ¹Ý¸é¿¡, $NO_3$´Â ¼ö½É¿¡ µû¸¥ º¯µ¿ÀÌ °üÂûµÇÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù.
Diurnal variation of some environmental parameters and phytoplankton were studied at summer, autumn and winter season in the freshwater zone of the Naktong River Estuary. Ambient water temperature, dissolved oxygen and pH were noted to be maximum around 1500 hr within 24h day regime. Alkalinity was higher in the day than the night and increased toward water depth, reversely correlated with pH value. Dissolved oxygen showed clearly the diurnal variation and pattern of that variation considered to distribution of algal population. Planktonic algae had three patterns in their diurnal variation. Vertical distribution of Chlamydomonas spp., Eudorina elegans and Euglena spp. sharply decreased towards the water depth in a day. While Chroomonas spp. situated much in a middle layer and Cyclotella meneghiniana was distributed most uniformly from water column or more density near a lower layer. Among inorganic N P nutrients, the concentration of SRP and $NH_4$ were high in the lower part of the water column, while $NO_3$ was not observed diurnal variation and vertical fluctuation.
