| º» ¿¬±¸¿¡¼´Â ÃÑ À¯ÀÔ(1,100 mm)ÀÇ ¹Ý Á¤µµ°¡ °¿ì·ÎºÎÅÍ À¯ÀԵǾú°í, ³ª¸ÓÁö´Â °ü°³·ÎºÎÅÍ À¯ÀԵǾú´Ù. À¯ÃâÀº ÃÑ À¯Ãâ·®ÀÇ ¹Ý Á¤µµ(47~54%)°¡ ¹è¼ö¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ À¯ÃâÀ̾úÀ¸¸ç, ½Ä¹°ÀÇ ¼ºÀ夷À» À§ÇÑ Áõ¹ß»ê·®ÀÌ 40~60%À̾ú´Ù. ÁöÇ¥¹è¼öÀÇ °æ¿ì °¿ì¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ À¯Ãâ°ú Áß°£³«¼ö°¡ ´ëºÎºÐÀ» Â÷ÁöÇÏ¿´´Ù. Àΰú Áú¼ÒÀÇ ¿µ¾ç¹°Áú ¼öÁö´Â À¯ÀÔ¼öÀÇ ´ëºÎºÐÀº ½Ãºñ·ÎºÎÅÍ °ø±ÞµÇ°í(78~96%), ´ëºÎºÐÀÇ À¯ÃâÀº ½Ä¹°Ã¼»ý»ê (86~94%)À¸·Î ¹ß»ýµÇ¾úÀ¸³ª, ÁöÇ¥¹è¼ö¸¦ ÅëÇÑ ¿µ¾ç¹°ÁúÀÇ ¼Õ½Ç·®(6~12%)µµ ¸¹Àº ºÎºÐÀ» Â÷ÁöÇÏ¿´´Ù. ½Ãºñ·®ÀÇ Â÷ÀÌ´Â ÁöÇ¥¹è¼ö¸¦ ÅëÇÑ ¿µ¾ç¹°Áú ¼Õ½Ç°ú ¼öÈ®·®¿¡ ÀûÀº ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î º¸¾Æ ³·Àº ½Ãºñ·® Àû¿ë¸¸À¸·Î´Â ¿µ¾ç¹°Áú À¯ÃâÀ» °¨¼Ò½ÃŰ±â¿¡´Â Å« È¿°ú¸¦ ±â´ëÇÒ ¼ö ¾ø´Ù. ¼ø¹èÃâºÎÇÏ·®ÀÇ ºÐ¼®°á°ú ³í³ó»ç´Â ÀϹÝÀûÀÎ °¿ì·®ÀÇ ¹üÀ§¿¡¼ ¿À¿°¹°Áú¹èÃâ¿ø º¸´Ù´Â ¼öÁú º¸È£ÀÇ ¼ø±â´ÉÀÌ ÀÖ´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ¿µ³ó¹æ¹ýÀº ¹° Àý¾à°ú ¼öÁú º¸È£°¡ °¡´ÉÇÏÁö¸¸, ¿µ³ó¹æ¹ýÀÇ º¯È´Â ¼öÈ®·®¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ÁÙ °ÍÀ̶ó »ý°¢µÇ¸ç ´õ ¸¹Àº ¿¬±¸¸¦ ÇÊ¿ä·Î ÇÒ °ÍÀ¸·Î ÆÇ´ÜµÈ´Ù. |

| Field experimental study was performed to evaluate water and nutrient balances in paddy rice culture. The water balance showed that outflow generally balanced the inflow showing that about half(47~54%) of total outflow was lost by surface drainage. No significant effect of fertilization rate was observed from three treatments (150%, 100%, and 70% of standard fertilization) on both rice yield and nutrient outflow from surface drainage. Therefore, reducing nonpoint source nutrient loading by reducing fertilization may not work well in the range of normal paddy rice farming practice, and instead it could be achieved by reducing surface drainage outflow. Water-saving irrigation by reducing ponding depth, raising ridge height in rice field, and minimizing forced surface drainage are suggested to reduce surface drainage outflow. These practices can save water and protect water quality, however, deviation from conventional standard practices might affect the rice yield and further investigations are necessay. It was demonstrated that rainfall affects nutrient net outflow and paddy rice culture might be beneficial to water quality protection under normal rainfall condition. |
