·¯½Ã¾ÆÀÇ ¹ÙÀÌÄ® È£¼ö¿¡¼­ÀÇ ½Ä¹°¼º ÇöûũſÀ» ÇÔÀ¯ÇÑ mesocosm ½ÇÇè, ¹°º­·è(Daphnia magna)°ú Ŭ·Î·¼¶ó(Chlorella vulgaris)¸¦ ÇÔÀ¯ÇÑ microcosm ½ÇÇè °á°ú¿¡ µû¸£¸é ÆéÅæ, µðÁ©¿ÀÀÏ, o-diphenol ¹× $CdCl_2$À» mesocosm¿¡ ÷°¡ÇÏ¿´À» ¶§, ¶Ç Æä³î, $CoCl_2$ ¹× $CuSO_4$¸¦ microcosm¿¡ ÷°¡ÇÔ¿¡ µû¶ó ±¸Á¶ ¿¢¼­Áö (structrural exergy)°¡ °¨¼ÒÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¿À¿°µÈ Áö¿ªÀÇ ¼ö°è »ýŰ迡¼­´Â °¢ ±¸¼º¼ººÐÀÇ »ý¹°·®°ú ÃÑ »ý¹°·®ÀÇ º¯È­ º¸´Ù´Â ±¸Á¶ ¿¢¼­ÁöÀÇ º¯È­°¡ ÈξÀ ÄÇ´Ù. ¶Ç, ¹ÙÀÌÄ® È£¼ö ÁÖº¯ÀÇ Baikalsk Pulp and Paper CombineÀ¸·ÎºÎÅÍ ³ª¿À´Â ¹èÃâ¼öÀÇ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹Þ´Â Áö¿ª°ú ûÁ¤Áö¿ªÀÇ benthosÀÇ ¿¢¼­Áö¸¦ ºñ±³ÇØ º¸¸é, ¿À¿°µÈ Áö¿ª¿¡¼­ ±ºÁýÀÇ ±¸Á¶ ¿¢¼­Áö°¡ ±Þ°ÝÈ÷ °¨¼ÒÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ °á°ú´Â ±¸Á¶ ¿¢¼­Áö°¡ »ýŰèÀÇ °Ç°­¼ºÀ» ¹Ý¿µÇϴ ôµµ·Î¼­ ÀÌ¿ëµÉ ¼ö ÀÖÀ½À» º¸¿©ÁÖ´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ù.
The results of field experiments with mesocosms on Lake Baidal, containing natural plankton assemblage, and laboratory experiments with microcosms containing Daphnia magna and Chlorella vulgaris demonstrated decrease of the structural exergy of the communities after the addition of allochtonous compounds peptone, diesel oil, o-diphenol, $CdCl_2$$ to mesocosms assemblage, phenol, $CoCl_2$ and $CuSO_4$ to microcosms. Structural exergy changes were more expressed than changes of components biomasses and total biomass of the community. Comparison of exergy content for benthos in clean and affected by the discharges of Baikalsk Pulp and Paper Combine also showed sufficient decrease of structural exergy in polluted area. It points to the possibility of the use of structural exergy as ecosystem health reflecting parameter.
