Á¶»ç¸¦ ÅëÇØ äÁýµÈ ¾î·ù´Â ÃÑ 40Á¾ 2,557 °³Ã¼À̸ç ÀÌÁß ÇǶó¹Ì°¡ 35% (894°³Ã¼)·Î ¿ìÁ¡Çϰí ÀÖ¾ú°í, °íÀ¯Á¾Àº 11.4% (10Á¾ 291°³Ã¼)°¡ ÃâÇöÇÏ¿© ±Ý°¼ö°èÀÇ Æò±Õ °íÀ¯Á¾ ºñÀ²(39.3%)º¸´Ù ³·°Ô ³ªÅ¸³ª°í ÀÖ´Ù. ¿À¿°³»¼ºµµ¿¡ µû¸¥ ±æµåºÐ¼®°á°ú, ÀüüÀûÀ¸·Î ³»¼ºÁ¾ÀÌ 58.9% (15Á¾ 1,507°³Ã¼)·Î ´Ü¿¬ ¿ì¼¼ÇÏ¿´°í, ¹Î°¨Á¾Àº 6.6% (4Á¾ 168°³Ã¼)·Î ¸Å¿ì ³·°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ ¼·½Ä±æµå ºÐ¼®¿¡¼µµ Àâ½ÄÁ¾ÀÌ 60.5% (17Á¾ 1,546°³Ã¼)·Î ³ô°Ô ÃâÇöÇÑ ¹Ý¸é, Ãæ½ÄÁ¾Àº 31.5% (11Á¾ 805°³Ã¼)·Î ³·°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ¿©¿ï¼º Àú¼¾îÁ¾¼öµµ ÀüüÀÇ 7.7% Á¤µµ·Î ¸Å¿ì ³·°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ´Ùº¯¼ö ¾î·ù Æò°¡Áö¼ö¸¦ ÅëÇÑ »ýÅÂ°è °Ç°¼º Æò°¡¿¡¼´Â 2008³â¿¡ Æò±Õ 25.3 (n=3), º¸Åë~¾ÇÈ»óÅÂ(Fair~Poor condition)¸¦, 2009³â¿¡ Æò±Õ 26.3 (n=3), º¸Åë»óÅÂ(Fair condition)¸¦ °¢°¢ º¸À̰í ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ¹°¸®Àû ¼½ÄÁö Æò°¡¸ðµ¨ ºÐ¼®°á°ú¿¡¼´Â Æò±Õ 134 (n=3)·Î¼ ¾çÈ£»óŸ¦ º¸À̰í ÀÖÀ¸³ª, ´ëºÎºÐÀÇ ÁöÁ¡¿¡¼ ÇÏ»ó ÅðÀû¹°ÀÇ ÃàÀûÀÌ °üÂûµÇ¾î ÀúÁú ¿À¿°ÀÌ ÁøÇàµÇ°í ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ¾î·ù Á¶Á÷º° ¼öÀº³óÃ൵ ºÐ¼®¿¡¼´Â ½ÅÀå Á¶Á÷(Kidney)À̳ª °£ Á¶Á÷(Liver)¿¡¼ ³ô°Ô ³ªÅ¸³ª¸ç, ¾Æ°¡¹Ì(Gill)¿¡¼ °¡Àå ³·°Ô ³ªÅ¸³ª°í ÀÖÀ¸¸ç ÀüüÀûÀ¸·Î Çѱ¹ ½Ä¾àûÀÇ ´ã¼ö¾î Áß±Ý¼Ó ÀÜ·ù Çã¿ë±âÁØÀÎ 500 ${mu}g;kg^{-1}$À» ÃʰúÇÏÁö ¾ÊÀº »óÅ·Π³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. | This study was to evaluate the ecological stream health through the Multimetric Fish Assessment Index (MFAI) along with fish fauna analysis based on the tolerance and trophic guilds at Miho stream in 2008 and 2009. Also, we analysed total mercury concentration in fish tissues to examine heavy metal contamination. Total sampled fish were 40 species and 2,557 individuals and Zacco platypus was the most dominant with 35% relative abundance. It was sampled with 11.4% RA for Korean endemic species (10 species 291 individuals) less than average RA 39.3% for the Geum river watersheds. According to the tolarance guild analysis, tolerant species was more dominant with 58.9% RA (15 species, 1,507 individuals) than sensitive species with 6.6% RA. Trophic guild analysis also suggested that omnivores were more dominant (60.5% RA) than insectivores (31.5% RA). Riffle-benthic species was also sampled with 7.7% RA. Ecological stream health based on the MFAI were averaged 25.3 (n=3) with fair-poor condition in 2008 and also 26.3 (n=3) with fair condition in 2009, just slightly increased than 2008. Qualitative habitat evaluation index was averaged 134 (n=3) with fair condition but most of sites had sediment accumulation that reflected substrate degradations proceeding. From the result of total mercury accumulation in fish tissues, kidney and liver tissues showed the highest but the lowest for gill tissues. Overall mercury concentration were not exceed the national standards by Korean Federation of Drug and Administration (KFDA). Consequently, our result could correspond with the characteristics of Miho stream where point sources such industrial complexes and wastewater treatment plant widely distributed around the stream along the gradient of up and downstream. |
