ÀÌÈÄ ³²Á¶·ù ¹Ðµµ°¡ °¨¼ÒÇÏ¸é¼ Diaphanosoma dubium °³Ã¼±ºÀÇ Å©±â°¡ Áõ°¡ÇÏ´Â °æÇâÀ» º¸¿´´Ù. ³²Á¶·ù ¹Ðµµ°¡ Áõ°¡ÇÔ¿¡ µû¶ó °¡Àå ¹Î°¨ÇÏ°Ô °³Ã¼±º »ýÀåÀÇ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹Þ´Â Á¾Àº D. galeata ÀÎ °ÍÀ¸·Î µå·¯³µ´Ù. ÀÌ Á¾Àº ³²Á¶·ù¿¡ ÀÇÇØ Á÷Á¢ÀûÀÎ ÀúÇØ¸¦ ¹Þ´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ÃßÁ¤µÇ¸ç, D. galeata °³Ã¼±ºÀÇ Å©±â º¯È´Â ³²Á¶·ù ´ë¹ß»ý±â µ¿¾È µ¿¹°Çöûũſ ±ºÁý Àü¹ÝÀÇ º¯µ¿¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î »ç·áµÈ´Ù.°á°ú ººÀ½¿Âµµ¿Í ½Ã°£ÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇÔ¿¡ µû¶ó¼ Ÿ¶ôÁ×ÀÇ °í¼ÒÇÑ ¸À°ú »ö±ò ¹× ¾Ë°»ÀÌ(gritty)¸¦ ´À³¢´Â °ü´ÉÀû Ư¼ºÀÌ À¯ÀÇÀûÀ¸·Î Áõ°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù. Á¡¼ºÀº $165^{circ}C$¿¡¼ 25ºÐ±îÁö´Â À¯ÀÇÀûÀÎ Â÷À̸¦ º¸ÀÌÁö ¾Ê¾ÒÀ¸³ª ÀÌÈÄ °¨¼ÒÇÏ¿´´Ù. | Fifty-four zooplankton species from Daecheong Lake were identified during the research period from June to October 2001. The representative zooplanktons mostly comprised the index species indicating the intermediate stage from oligosaprobity to ${eta}$-mesosaprobity. During the blooming season of blue-green algae, the population of large cladocerans like Daphnia galeata precipitously decreased in size, while rotifers and small cladocerans like Bosmina longirostris increased in population size. Therefore, soon after the peak of the blooming of blue-green algae, whole zooplankton standing crop and number of species showed the tendency of recovery, or even the sharp increase. The population size of Daphnia galeata was affected very sensitively by the change of cyanobacterial density. |
