| ¹ÚÅ׸®¾Æ, HNF, ½Ä¹°Çöûũſ ±×¸®°í ¼¶¸ðÃæ·ù·Î À̾îÁö´Â ¹Ì¼Ò»ý¹°±ºÁýÀÇ °èÀýÀû º¯È¸¦ 2007³â 5¿ù¿¡¼ 2008¿ù 5¿ù±îÁö ºÎ¿µ¾çÈµÈ ±â¼öÈ£À¯¿ª ½ÃÈÈ£ÀÇ 3°³ Á¤Á¡¿¡¼ Á¶»çÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¹è¼ö°©¹® ÁÖº¯ÀÇ µÎ Á¤Á¡°ú ºñ±³ÇÏ¿© »ó·ùÀÇ Á¤Á¡¿¡¼ ¿°ºÐ³óµµ°¡ ³·°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µ°í, ¿µ¾ç¿° ³óµµ¿Í ´õºÒ¾î Chl-$alpha$°¡ ÇöÀúÇÏ°Ô ³ô°Ô ±â·ÏµÇ¾ú´Ù. ¹ÚÅ׸®¾ÆÀÇ ¿¬ Æò±ÕÀº St. 1¿¡¼ $6.8{ imes}10^6;cells;mL^{-1}$·Î, St. 2¿¡¼ $7.4{ imes}10^6;cells;mL^{-1}$·Î, St. 3¿¡¼ $4.6{ imes}10^6;cells;mL^{-1}$·Î °¢°¢ °üÂûµÇ¾ú´Ù. HNFÀÇ ¿¬ Æò±ÕÀº St. 1¿¡¼ $19{ imes}10^2;cells;mL^{-1}$·Î, St. 2¿¡¼ $6.7{ imes}10^2;cells;mL^{-1}$·Î, St. 3¿¡¼ $5.9{ imes}10^2;cells;mL^{-1}$·Î °¢°¢ ±â·ÏµÇ¾ú´Ù. ÃÖ°íÄ¡ÀÇ ¼¶¸ðÃæ °³Ã¼¼ö´Â St. 1¿¡¼ 2008³â 4¿ù 29 ÀÏ¿¡ °üÂûµÇ¾ú°í, ÀüüÀÇ 99%°¡ ÀÚ°¡¿µ¾ç¼º ¼¶¸ðÃæ Mesodinium rubrum (=Myrionecta rubra) ÀÌ¿´´Ù. Chl-$alpha$³óµµ´Â ¹ÚÅ׸®¾Æ¿Í ³ôÀº »ó°ü°ü°è°¡ °üÂûµÇ¾úÀ¸³ª, ¹ÚÅ׸®¾Æ´Â HNF¿Í ¼¶¸ðÃæÀ¸·Î À̾îÁö´Â »óÀ§ Æ÷½ÄÀÚ °£ÀÇ »ó°ü¼ºÀÌ ³ô°Ô ³ªÅ¸³ªÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù. À̰ÍÀº »óÀ§ Æ÷½ÄÀÚ·Î À̾îÁö´Â ¿¡³ÊÁö È帧ÀÇ È¿À²ÀÌ ºñ±³Àû ³·´Ù´Â °ÍÀ» ÀǹÌÇÑ´Ù. ºÎ¿µ¾çÈµÈ ½ÃÈÈ£¿¡¼ ÀÏÂ÷ »ý»êÀÚÀÇ »ý¹°·®ÀÌ ³ô°Ô °üÂûµÇ¿´À½¿¡µµ ºÒ±¸Çϰí, ¹Ì¼Ò»ý¹°±ºÁýÀÇ »óÀ§ ¿µ¾ç´Ü°è »ý¹°°ú ÇÏÀ§ »ý¹°±º°úÀÇ »ó°ü¼ºÀÌ ³ªÅ¸³ªÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù´Â °ÍÀº ¹Ì¼Ò»ý¹°È¯ÀÇ ¸ÔÀÌ ¿¬¼â´Â °íÀüÀûÀÎ ¸ÔÀ̸Á°ú °°Àº °£Á¢ÀûÀÎ °æ·Î¿Í ´õºÒ¾î ½Ã°£ Áö¿¬ÀÇ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹Þ¾ÒÀ» °ÍÀ¸·Î »ç·áµÇ¾ú´Ù. |

| The seasonal variation of microbial community, based on the bacteria, heterotrophic nanoflagellates (HNF), phytoplankton and ciliates, was investigated at three sites in the eutrophic brackish water of Lake Shihwa and its adjacent areas from May 2007 through May 2008. At the upstream-region site St. 1, compared to the other two sites, significantly lower salinities and higher concentrations of nutrients and chlorophyll $alpha$ (Chl. $alpha$) were recorded. The annual average abundances of bacteria at St. 1, St. 2 and St. 3 were $6.8{ imes}10^6$, $7.4{ imes}10^6$ and $4.6{ imes}10^6;cells;mL^{-1}$, respectively. As for the annual average concentrations of HNF, $19{ imes}10^2$, $6.7{ imes}10^2$ and $5.9{ imes}10^2;cells;mL^{-1}$, were recorded in St. 1, St. 2 and St. 3 respectively. The highest ciliate abundance appeared at St. 1 on 29 April, 2008 and in which, 99% were autotrophic ciliate Mesodinium rubrum (Myrionecta rubra). Significant linear correlations between the biomass of bacteria and Chl. $alpha$ were found, however, no significant relationships between ciliates abudance/biomass and their prey organisms were detected in all three sites, implying relatively low energy transfer efficiencies between them. These results indicated that the trophic relationship between ciliates and their prey organisms in the microbial community might be influenced by indirect route since higher trophic level organisms did not directly correlate to those of lower trophic level, although high primary productions were detected in the eutrophic brackish water of Lake Shihwa and its adjacent areas. |
