동해 연안역의 박테리아 생산력과 유기물질의 분해능

| 동해 연안역의 부영양화 상태 및 종속영양세균에 의한 유기물질 분해능을 조사하기 위해서 대진, 갈남, 포항, 울산의 4개 지역의 연안역을 대상으로 1994년 7월부터 1995년 4월까지 4회에 걸쳐 종속영양세균군집, 오염의 신호화합물, 세균의 생산력, 종속영양활성도 및 세포외 효소활성도 등을 분석하였다. 중금속내성균의 수는 포항에서 가장 높게 나타났으며, 각종 유기인을 이용하는 세균군집을 조사한 결과 유기인(C-P)화합물이 많이 포함될 것으로 예상되는 산업폐수, 가정하수 및 농업폐수 등이 많이 유입되는 정점에서 이들 유기인 화합물을 분해하고 산화 환원시키는 세균군집이 높게 나타났다. 이들 세균의 출현빈도는 산업폐수, 가정하수 그리고 농업용수의 유입예측지표로 활용될 수 있으리라 생각된다. 세포외 효소활성도는 울산 처용암에서 가장 높았으며 대진에서 가장 낮게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 종속영양 세균수와 세균의 생산성 등과 정의 상관관계를 나타내었다. Poly-P와 DNA의 경우, 정점별로는 포항이 가장 높았고, 울산, 갈남, 대진 순으로 나타났다. 이는 종속영양세균의 분포양상과 매우 일치하는 것으로 조사되었다. 종속영양 활성도는 정점별, 계절별 변화가 매우 심하였다. 세균의 생산력은 하계에 가장 높고 추계와 동계에 낮았다가 춘계에 다시 높아지는 경향을 나타나 종속영양세균의 계절적 변화양상과 유사한 경향을 보였다. 결과적으로 세균의 군집, poly-P함량, 세균의 생산력, 종속영양활성도 및 세포외 효소활성도 등의 분석자료는 부영양화 상태 및 유기물질의 순환과정을 파악할 수 있는 지표로 이용될 수 있다.객만족을 획득할 수 있는 가를 시뮬레이션 모형을 통해 가시적으로 시스템의 행태를 구현함으로써 그 이해의 폭을 넓히고자 시도하였다.으로써 웹에서의 혁신적이며 크로스 사이트, 크로스 장르적인 컨텐츠 플래닝의 가능성을 시사하는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다.y used to some of interactive storytelling through hyper text in CD-ROM and web sites. | Bacterial population, signal compounds of pollution, bacterial productivity, heterotrophic activity and the activities of extracellular enzymes were analyzed four times from July 1994 to April 1995 at Daejin, Galnam, Pohang, and Ulsan in the coastal area of Bast Sea in order to investigate the state of eutrophication. The population of heavy metal resistant bacteria in Pohang was the highest among all stations. The bacterial populations which could utilize C -P compounds (phosphonate) showed the highest at Pohang that was expected for the industrial and agricultural effluents to inpour. It could be useful as an index of expectation about the influx of industrial sewages and agricultural effluents. The activities of extracellular enzymes for the degradation of organic matter were the highest in the Ulsan Chuyongam, but low in Daejin. These results showed positive relationship with the population of heterotrophic bacteria and bacterial productivity The ratio of poly-P and DNA in Pohang was the highest, and that in Ulsan, Galnam, and Daejin consecutively, corresponding with the distribution of heterotrophic bacteria. In case of the heterotrophic activities, each of the stations gives difference of seasonal variation in heterotrophic activities. Bacterial productivity seemed to be dependent on seasons; the highest in summer and the lowest in fall and winter. These seasonal variations of bacterial productivity seems to be similar with those of heterotrophic bacteria. It is suggested that the state of eutrophication could be evaluated by the criteria of the population sizes and the productivities of microorganisms, the amount of poly-P, heterotrophic activity, the activities of extracellular enzymes, etc. |
