| µæ·®¸¸ ½Ä¹°Çöûũſ ±ºÁýÀÇ ½Ã.°ø°£Àû ºÐÆ÷Ư¼ºÀ» ÆÄ¾ÇÇϱâ À§ÇØ 1992³â 6¿ùºÎÅÍ 1993³â 4¿ù±îÁö ¸¸³» 38°³ÀÇ °üÃøÁ¡À» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ¿ùº° Á¶»ç¸¦ ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù. °á°ú, µæ·®¸¸¿¡¼ ÃâÇöÀÌ È®ÀÎµÈ ½Ä¹°Çöûũſ Á¾Àº ½Ä¹°¼º Æí¸ðÁ¶·ù 33Á¾À» Æ÷ÇÔ 50¼Ó 75Á¾ÀÌ µ¿Á¤µÇ¾ú´Ù. °èÀýº°·Î´Â ¿©¸§°ú °¡À»¿¡ ºñ±³Àû ´Ù¾çÇÑ Á¾ÀÌ ÃâÇöÀ» º¸À̰í ÀÖ´Â ¹Ý¸é, º½°ú °Ü¿ï¿¡ ´Ü¼øÇÑ Á¾ ÃâÇö Ư¼ºÀ» ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú´Ù. ¿ìÁ¡Á¾Àº ¿¬°£ ±ÔÁ¶·ù¿¡ ÀÇÇØ Áö¹èµÇ°í ÀÖÀ¸¸ç, ¿©¸§¿¡ P. alata, G. flaccida, S. costatum, L. danicus¿Í Pn. longissima, °¡À»¿¡ St. pulmeriana, Ch. curvisetus¿Í B. puxillifera, °Ü¿ï¿¡ S. costatum, Ch. curvisetus, E. zodiacus¿Í Pn. pungens, ±×¸®°í º½¿¡ As. glacialis, As. kariana, N. pelagica, Th. nitzschioides.¿Í S. costatun¿¡ ÀÇÇØ ¿ìÁ¡µÇ¾î, ºñ±³Àû °èÀýÀûÀ¸·Î ¶Ñ·ÇÇÑ ¿ìÁ¡Á¾ õÀ̰¡ º¸¿©Á³´Ù. ½Ä¹°Çöûũſ ÇöÁ¸·®Àº 2.6$ imes$$10^3$cells/1¿¡¼ $1.0{ imes}10^6cells/l$ÀÇ ¹üÀ§·Î º¯µ¿Çϰí ÀÖÀ¸¸ç, Àú¼ö¿Â±â¿¡ ³ô°í, °í¼ö¿Â±â¿¡ ³·Àº Ư¼ºÀ» ³ªÅ¸³»°í ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ±×¸®°í °ø°£Àû ºÐÆ÷ Â÷´Â ÇØ¿ª¿¡ µû¶ó ¼ö¿Â Â÷°¡ ½ÉÇÑ ¿©¸§°ú °Ü¿ï¿¡ ¸Å¿ì Å©°Ô ³ªÅ¸³ª°í ÀÖ¾úÀ¸¸ç, ÇØ¿ª Ư¼º¿¡ ÀÇÇØ ´Ü±âÀûÀÎ º¯µ¿ Ư¼ºÀ» ³ªÅ¸³»°í ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ´Ù¸¸, ÃÖ°í ³ôÀº ÇöÁ¸·®Àº S. costatumÀÇ 1Á¾¿¡ ÀÇÇØ Áö¹èµÇ°í ÀÖ´Ù. Chlorophyll $alpha$³óµµ´Â 0.19$mu$g/1¿¡¼ 12.3$mu$g/1¹üÀ§·Î º¯µ¿ÇÏ¿©, 8¿ù, 9¿ù ¹× 3¿ù¿¡ ³ô°í, 7¿ù¿¡ ³·Àº °ªÀ» ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú´Ù. ±×¸®°í, ¶Ñ·ÇÇÑ °èÀýÀû º¯È¾ç»óÀº º¸ÀÌÁö ¾Ê°í ÀÖÀ¸¸ç, ÇØ¿ªº°·Î Å« Â÷¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³», ½Ã°£ÀûÀÎ ³óµµ Â÷º¸´Ù °ø°£Àû ºÐÆ÷ Â÷°¡ ´õ¿í Å©°í, ÀúÃþÀÌ Ç¥Ãþº¸´Ù ³ôÀº »ý¹°·®À» ³ªÅ¸³»´Â Ư¼ºÀ» º¸¿´´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ, ¸¸ Áß¾ÓºÎÀÎ µæ·®µµ ÀαÙÇØ¿ª¿¡¼´Â ÇØ¼öÀ¯µ¿ °á°ú Çü¼ºµÇ°í ÀÖ´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ÆÇ´ÜµÇ´Â °í³óµµÀÇ ¼Ò±Ô¸ðÀûÀÎ ºÒ±ÕÀÏ ºÐÆ÷ Ư¼ºµµ °ÇÏ°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ÇØ¿ªÀûÀ¸·Î´Â ¼ö½ÉÀÇ ¾èÀº ºÏ¼ ¿¬¾ÈÇØ¿ª¿¡¼ ºñ±³Àû ³ôÀº »ý¹°·®À» ³ªÅ¸³»°í ÀÖ´Â ¹Ý¸é, °íÈï¹Ýµµ ¿¬¾È°ú ¼ö·ÎºÎ µî ºñ±³Àû ¼ö½ÉÀÌ ±íÀº ¸¸ÀÇ µ¿³² ÇØ¿ª¿¡¼ ³·Àº »ý¹°·®À» ³ªÅ¸³»°í Àִ Ư¼ºÀ¸·Î ¿¬Áß ³ôÀº »ý¹°·®À» ³ªÅ¸³»°í ÀÖ¾î, µæ·®¸¸Àº ½Ä¹°Çöûũſ¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ ³ôÀº »ý¹°»ý»êÀÌ ¿¬Áß À¯ÁöµÇ°í ÀÖ´Â ÇØ¿ªÀ¸·Î ÆÇ´ÜµÇ¾ú´Ù. |

| The observations on the spatio-temporal distribution and seasonal fluctuations of phytoplankton community were carried out in Deukryang Bay of the Korean Southwestern Sea from June 1992 to April 1993. A total of 75 species of phytoplankton belonged to 47 genera was identified. In Deukryang Bay seasonal succession in dominant species; P. alata, G. flaccida, S. costatum, L. danicus and N. longissima in summer, St. palmeriana, Ch. curvisetus and B. paxillifera in autunm, S. costatum, Ch. curvisetus, E. zodiacus and Pn. pungens in winter, and As. glacialis, As. kariana, N. pelagica, Th. nitzschioides and S. costatum in spring, were very marked, that is to say, the communities structure of phytoplankton in Deukryang Bay appeared to be various species composition and it was occupied with diatoms all the year round. Phytoplankton standing crops fluctuated with an annual mean of $1.4{ imes}10^5 cells/1 between the lowest value of 2.6{ imes}10^3 cells/1 in July and the highest value of 1.0{ imes}10^6 cells/1$ by S. costatum in January. Densities of the phytoplankton cell number by the samples of Deukryang Bay ranged from $2.6{ imes}10^3cells/1 to 1.2{ imes}10^5 cells/1 with the mean value of 3.6{ imes}10^4cells/1 in summer, from 6.0{ imes}10^3cells/1 to 2.6{ imes}10^5 cells/1 with mean of 1.5{ imes}10^5 cells/1 in autumn, from 1.3{ imes}10^4cells/1 to 1.0{ imes}10^6 cells/1 with mean 3.5{times}10^5 cells/1 in winter, and from 4.8{ imes}10^3cells/1 to 6.0{ imes}10^5 cells/1 with mean of 1.6{ imes}10^5 cells/1$ in autumn. That is to say, phytoplankton standing crops was large in low temperature seasons, on the other hand small in high temperature seasons. Chlorophyll $alpha$ concentration fluctuated between 0.l9 $mu$g/l and 12.3 $mu$g/l in March. in Deukryang Bay seasonal flucturation in chi-$alpha$ concentration was not marked. Especially, chl-$alpha$ concentration in the water around Deukryang Island located in the middle part of Deukryang Bay showed patchy distributions with a very high concentration. And chl-$alpha$ concentration was high during a year. Therefore, phytoplankton production in Deukryang Bay could be very high year-round. |
