ÇÑÆí,BNF¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ CYP À¯µµ Á¤µµ´Â ¾ç½Ä»ê ¾î·ù°¡ ÀÚ¿¬»ê ¾î·ùº¸´Ù Ä¿¼­ Â÷À̸¦ º¸¿´´Ù Áï, ¾ç½Ä»ê ¾î·ùÀÎ ³ÒÄ¡, Á¶ÇǺ¼¶ô ¹× Âüµ¼ÀÇ CYP ÇÔ·®Àº BNFÀÇ ³ëÃâ³óµµ¸¦ °¨¾ÈÇÏÁö ¾Ê´õ¶óµµ °¢ ¾î·ùÀÇ Ã³À½ ¼öÁØ¿¡ ºñÇØ 207~422%±îÁö ´Ã¾ú´ø °Í¿¡ ºñÇØ ÀÚ¿¬»ê ¾î·ùÀÎ ¼þ¾î¿Í ÁãÄ¡¿¡¼­´Â 206~207%Áõ°¡Çϴµ¥ ºÒ°úÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀÌó·³ ¾ç½Ä»ê°ú ÀÚ¿¬»ê ¾î·ù¿¡¼­ CYP À¯µµÁ¦¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ CYP À¯µµÁ¤µµÀÇ Â÷ÀÌ´Â ¼­½Äȯ°æÀÇ Â÷ÀÌ¿¡ µû¶ó »ý±â´Â °ÍÀÌ¶ó ¿©°ÜÁø´Ù.
Cytochrome P450 (CYP) induction was determined in microsomes of three aquacultured fish species (Sebastes schlegeli, Paralichthys olivaceus and Pagrus major) and two wild fish species (Mugil cephalus and Stephanolepis cirrhifey) in vitro exposed to $eta$-naphthoflavone (BNF). The microsomes of five fish were exposed to BNF (5 mM or 10 mM) in dimethylsulfoxide at 3$0^{circ}C$ for 9 hr. The CYP contents in most fish increased according to exposure duration for 3 or 5 hour, and then decreased, while steady increase of CYP was observed in P. major for 9 hour. The induction of CYP contents in aquacultured fish species (207~422%) were higher than those in wild fish species (206~207%).
