| ´Ùȯ ¹æÇâÁ· źȼö¼Ò(PAHs)¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ ¿À¿°ÀÌ ¹Ì»ý¹°±ºÁý±¸Á¶¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâÀ» ÆÄ¾ÇÇϱâ À§ÇÏ¿© ¿¬¾È¿¡ °¡±î¿î ±¤¾ç¸¸ ÅðÀûÅ並 ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ÇÏ¿© 2000³â 3¿ù°ú 8¿ù 2ȸ¿¡ °ÉÃÄ PAHs ¿À¿°µµ¿Í ¸»´ÜÁ¦ÇÑÀýÆí ´ÙÇü¼º (T-RFLP)ºÐ¼®¹æ¹ýÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ¹Ì»ý¹° ±ºÁý±¸Á¶¸¦ Á¶»çÇÏ¿´´Ù. T-RFLP¹æ¹ýÀ¸·Î Á¶»çÇÑ ¹Ì»ý¹° ±ºÁýÀº °èÀý¿¡ µû¶ó ±ºÁýÀÌ ±¸ºÐµÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç ¿ù³»ÃµÀÔ±¸¿¡ À§Ä¡ÇÑ Á¤Á¡ 1¿¡¼ 3¿ù¿¡ ´Ù¸¥ Á¤Á¡°ú ´Ù¸¥ µ¶Æ¯ÇÑ ±ºÁý±¸Á¶¸¦ Çü¼ºÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ »ó´ëÀûÀ¸·Î PAHs ¿À¿°µµ°¡ ³ôÀº Á¤Á¡µé¿¡¼ ¹Ì»ý¹° ´Ù¾ç¼ºµµ ³ôÀº °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. | Effect of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) on the community structure of indigenous microorganisms in Gwangyang Bay sediments was investigated in Mar. & Aug.,2000. Microbial community structure was analyzed using 5'-terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP) method. Microbial community structure based on T-RFLP method revealed that community differentiated by sampling period except station 1 located near the stream discharge site from Yeosu Industrial Complex. Even, microbial diversity was higher at stations showed relatively high concentrations of PAHs. The microbial community structure was severely changed during the enrichment culture with 1,000 ppm of PAHs mixture. It was also different between cultivated at 8$^{circ}C$ and 30$^{circ}C$. The results implied that temperature, poyosity, organic content and etc were more responsible than PAHs on the microbial community structure. |
