°¿øÁö¹æ¿¡ ÀÚ»ýÇÏ´Â ¾ß»ýÀÇ Ãʺ»½Ä¹° 6Á¾¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ½Ç»ý¹ø½Ä¹ýÀ» ¹àÈ÷°íÀÚ, 1954³â º½°ú °¡À»¿¡ Á¾ÀÚ¸¦ äÃëÇÏ¿© Gibberelin(GA$_3$) 25 ¹× 50ppm ¼ö¿ë¾×¿¡ 24½Ã°£ ħÁöÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, ´ëÁ¶±¸·Î´Â ÁöÇϼö¿¡ 24½Ã°£ ħÁö½ÃÄ×´Ù. ó¸®µÈ Á¾ÀÚ¸¦ 1995³â 4¿ù 23ÀÏ¿¡ È¥ÇÕÅä¾ç(¸ð·¡£ºpeat moss£º perlite£º vermiculite, 1£º1£º1£º1, v/v)À» ä¿î ÇÃ¶ó½ºÆ½ ȺÐ(Á÷°æ 12,³ôÀÌ 11cm)¿¡ 40¸³¾¿ 3¹Ýº¹À¸·Î ÆÄÁ¾ÇÏ¿© 2ÀÏ¿¡ 1ȸ¾¿ °ü¼öÇÏ¸é¼ ¹ß¾ÆµÈ °³Ã¼¼ö¸¦ Á¶»çÇÏ¿´´Ù. 1995³â 5¿ù 13ÀÏ¿¡ äÃëµÈ ÇÒ¹Ì²É Á¾ÀÚ´Â 1995³â 5¿ù 31ÀÏ¿¡ ó¸®Çϰí 6¿ù 1ÀÏ¿¡ ¹¦Æ÷¿¡ ÆÄÁ¾ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÇâÀ¯, ±Ý³¶È ¹× ¹èÃÊÇâÀÇ Á¾Àڹ߾ƴ ó¸®°£ °íµµÀÇ Åë°èÀû À¯ÀÇÂ÷°¡ ÀÎÁ¤µÇ¾úÀ¸³ª °¡´Â ¾¦ºÎÀïÀÌ, °ÅºÏ²¿¸® ÇÒ¹Ì²É µîÀÇ Á¾µé¿¡¼´Â 󸮰£ À¯ÀÇÂ÷°¡ ÀÎÁ¤µÇÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù. ±Ý³¶È¿Í ¹èÃÊÇâ¿¡¼´Â 25ppm, ÇâÀ¯¿¡¼´Â 50ppm 󸮱¸¿¡¼ ¹ß¾ÆÃËÁø È¿°ú°¡ ³ôÀº °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. °¢ ¾ß»ýÃÊ·ùÀÇ ÀÚ¿øÈ °¡´É¼ºÀ» °ËÅäÇÏ¿´´Ù. |

To examine the effects of gibberelin treatment on seed germination of six wild herbaceous species -Dicentra spectabilis, Aster pekinensis, Agastache rugosa, Elsoholtzia ciliata, Boehmeria tricuspis and Pulsatillia cerrma var. chaerophyiloides - in Kangwon-do, pretreated seeds of five species were sowed on plastic pots with mixed soil(sand£ºpeat moss£ºperlite£º vermiculite, 1£º1£º1£º1, v/v) in 23,April 1995. Seeds were soaked in 25,50 ppm gibberelin solution and ground water during 24 hours. Pretreated seeds of Pulsatiilia cerrma var. chaerophylloides were sowed on nursery soil in 1, June 1995. Seed pretreatments in 31, May 1995 were same method. Seed germination rate was measured and compared among species and treatments. Seed germination rate of Dicentra spectabilis, Agastache rugosa and Elsoholtzia ciliata was differed higly significant among pretreatments ,but those of that of Aster pekinensis, Boehmeria tricuspis and Pulsatillia cerrma var chaerophylloides did not significant at 5% level. Gibberelin pretreatment raised seed germination rate of Dicentra spectabilis and Agastaohe rugosa and proper concentration of GA$_3$ was 25ppm and seed germination rate of Elsoholtzia ciliata was highest at GA$_3$ 50ppm plot. The utilization of wild herbaceous species were discussed. |
