알루미늄용액 처리가 개나리와 플라타너스삽수의 생장에 미치는 영향(2)

| 초 록 |
| 목본식물에 대한 Al독성에 관한 기초자료를 얻고자, 이농도별(1.0, 2.5 및 5.0mM)수용액과 대조구로 지하수를 모래를 채운 화분에 삽목한 개나리와 플라타너스의 삽수에 1993년 4월 28일부터 6월 16일까지 주 3회씩 처리하였다. 6월 16일 삽목묘를 굴취하여 생장관련형질(신초의 생장, 엽수 및 엽록소함량)과 뿌리의 길이를 처리간 비교하였다. 모든 생장관련형질들(신초의 생장, 엽수 및 엽록소함량)에서 처리간 고도의 통계적 유의차가 인정되었으며, 뿌리생장의 경우 개나리삽목묘에서는 처리간 통계적 유의차가 인정되었으나, 플라타너스삽목묘에서는 처리간 유의차가 인정되지 않았다. |

| To examine aluminum toxicity on woody plants, Forsythia koreans and Platanus occidentalis cuttings were grown in the pot(48$ imes$33$ imes$9cm) filled with sand, and treated aluminum solution and ground water (pH 6.75) 3times per week from April 28, 1993 to June 16. Aluminum solution were prepared 1.0, 2.5 and 5.0mM aluminum potassium sulfate, dilulted with ground water. Growth-related characters (Shoot growth, leaf number and leaf chlorophyll content ) and root growth were measured and compared among the treatments. In all growth-related characters(Shoot growth, leaf number and leaf chlorophyll content), differences among the treatments were highly significant. In root growth, differences among the treatments were highly significant for Forsythia koreana cuttings, but not for Platanus occidentalis cuttings. |
