ÇϿ콺 ³»ºÎ ¿Âµµ´Â ³ôÀº Àû¿Ü¼± Èí¼ö¸¦ º¸¿´´ø Çʸ§ÀÎ J-1°ú J-2¿¡¼ K-3¿¡ ºñÇØ ¾à $2{sim}5^{circ}C$Á¤µµ ³ô¾Ò´Ù. °ú½ÇÀÇ ${eta}-carotene$ ÇÔ·®°ú ´çÇÔ·®Àº ±â´É¼º Çʸ§°ú ÀϹÝÇʸ§¿¡¼ À¯ÀǼº ÀÖ´Â Â÷À̸¦ º¸¿© J-1, J-2, J-3 ¹× K-1¿¡¼ ³ô°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µ´Âµ¥ À̰ÍÀº Çʸ§ÀÇ Æ¯¼º¿¡ µû¸¥ º¸¿ÂÈ¿°ú ¶§¹®ÀÎ °ÍÀ¸·Î »ý°¢µÈ´Ù. ¼º¼÷ ÈÄ ´Ü¸ÀÀ» Á¿ìÇÏ´Â sucrose ÇÔ·®µµ ±â´É¼º Çʸ§¿¡¼ ³ô¾Ò´Âµ¥ ÀÌ·Î ÀÎÇØ ´çµµµµ Çâ»óµÇ´Â °á°ú¸¦ º¸¿´´Ù. Ascorbic acid ÇÔ·®Àº Åõ±¤·®°ú º¸¿Â¼ºÀÌ ³·Àº K-2¿¡¼ ´õ ³ôÀº °æÇâÀ» º¸¿´°í ¹«±â¿ø¼Ò ÇÔ·®Àº 󸮰£¿¡ Â÷À̰¡ ¾ø¾ú´Ù. ÀÌ»óÀÇ °á°ú´Â Âü¿ÜÀÇ Àú¿Â±â ´Üµ¿ ÇϿ콺Àç¹è¿¡¼ º¸¿Â¼º°ú Åõ±¤¼ºÀ» Çâ»ó½ÃŲ Çʸ§À» ÇǺ¹ÇÔÀ¸·Î½á Âü¿Ü °ú½ÇÀÇ Ç°ÁúÀ» ÀϺΠ°³¼±ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖÀ½À» ½Ã»çÇÏ¿´´Ù. |

| This study was conducted to investigate the effect of functional cover film on oriental melon fruit quality under unheated plastic greenhouse cultivation in cold period. The 6 kind of films having different characteristics were covered at plastic greenhouses and oriental melon seedlings were cultivated at 2 regions of Seongju, respectively. The air-temperatures in plastic greenhouses of J-1 and J-2, having high infrared absorption rate, were about $2{sim}5^{circ}C$ higher than K-3. The contents of ${eta}-carotene$ and sugar of fruit showed significant difference between functional and normal films. The sucrose, determining a sweetness during maturation, and soluble solids content of fruits cultivated in J-1, J-2, J-3, and K-1 were higher than those of K-2 and K-3. Ascorbic acid of fruits was highest in K-2 having low light transmission rate and thermo-keeping capacity. There was no significant difference in mineral content among all of cover films. These results indicated that the use of functional greenhouse covering films could improve fruit quality such as ${eta}-carotene$ and sugar content of oriental melon. |
