ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ¿øÀÎÀ» °ú½ÇÁ¶Á÷ÀÇ ¼öºÐ»óÅ¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ °ÍÀ¸·Î »ý°¢µÇ¾î, 1995³â°ú 1996³â¿¡ Âü´Ù·¡ °ú½ÇÀÇ »ýÀå±â°£ Áß¿¡ psychrometer¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© ÀÏÁß °ú½ÇÁ¶Á÷ÀÇ ¼öºÐ»óÅ º¯È¸¦ Á¶»çÇß´Ù. °ú½ÇÁ¶Á÷ÀÇ ¼öºÐ Æ÷ÅÙ¼¿ÀÇ º¯È´Â 1996³âÀÇ °ú½Ç»ýÀÚÀÇ Á¦3±â¸¦ Á¦¿ÜÇϰí´Â Å©Áö ¾Ê¾Ñ´Ù. 1995³â°ú 1995³â ¸ðµÎ °ú½ÇÀÇ ¼öÈ®±â¿¡ °¡±î¿ï¼ö·Ï ¼öºÐ Æ÷ÅÙ¼ÈÀÌ Á¡ÁøÀûÀ¸·Î ¶³¾îÁ³´Ù. ÇÑÆí, °ú½ÇÁ¶Á÷ÀÇ »ïÅõ Æ÷ÅÙ¼ÈÀº ¼öºÐ Æ÷ÅټȰú ºñ½ÁÇÏ°Ô º¯È¸¦ ÇßÁö¸¸, 1995³â 10¿ù 14ÀÏÀÇ µ¿ÀÌ Æ®±â Àü¿¡ -1.5MPa·Î ±Þ°ÝÈ÷ ¶³¾îÁø ÈÄ, 3½Ã°£ÀÌ °æ°úÇÑ ÈÄ -1MPa·Î ȸº¹µÇ¾ú°í, °ú½Ç¼öÈ® Àû±â¿¡´Â -1.7MPa±îÁö ¶³¾îÁ³´Ù. 1996³âÀÇ °ú½ÇÀº 1995³â °ú½Çº¸´Ù ³·Àº »ïÅõ Æ÷ÅÙ¼ÈÀ» ³ªÅ¸³Â´Ù. µµ°üÀÇ ¼öºÐ»óÅ¿¡ °ü°èµÇ´Â ÀÙÀÇ ¼öºÐ Æ÷ÅÙ¼ÈÀº 1996³âÀÇ °æ¿ì, °ú½Ç»ýÀå Á¦2±ë µ¿ÀÌ Æ®±â Àü¿¡ ºÒ±¸Çϰí -1MPa ÀÌÇÏ·Î ¶³¾îÁ³´Ù. 1995³âÀº °ú½Ç¼öÈ® Àû±â¿¡¸¸ 1996³â°ú °°ÀÌ -1MPa ÀÌÇÏ·Î ¶³¾îÁ³´Ù. 1996³â °ú½ÇÀº °ú½Ç»ý°¢ Á¦2±â¿¡ °ú½ÇÀÇ »ïÅõ Æ÷ÅټȰú ÆØ¾ÐÀÇ »ó½ÂÀÌ 1995³â °ú½Çº¸´Ù ³ô¾Ò´Ù. | Fruit growth in kiwifruit shows double sigmoid curve, but it does not certainly indicate as years. Therefore, I though the reason to be easy to the effect of water state change in kiwifruit, investigated diurnal change in water status of fruit tissues with an isoipiestic psychrometers against the fruit growth stage of kiwifruit in 1995 and 1996. Diurnal change in the fruit tissue water potential were little, but violent for fruti growth state III in 1996. The potential of two years dropped gradually approach to harvest time. On the other hand, osmotic potential of the tissues indicated to very similar to water potential, dropped rapidly -1.5MPa before dawn, recovered -1 MPa after 3 h on October 14, were -1~-1.7 MPa at the fruit commercial harvest in 1995. It had a tendency to lower in 1996 than in 1995. It was recorded to the minimum air temperature at the first for an autumn in 1995; 13$^{circ}C$ from the middle night of October 13 to dawn of October 14. Leaves water potential, which is related to water status of xylem, nearly fell below -1 MPa at before dawn from stage II in 1996. However, it fell so low only at commercial in 1995. At the stage II, osmotic potential and ascent of the turgor pressure was high than 1995-fruit. There parameter suggested that three of kiwifruit in 1996 were status of water stress for stage III. The results from this study indicated that difference of fruit growth between 1995-fruit and 1996-fruit was affected by water status of the fruit tissues, which was influenced by weather condition. |
