기상조건에 따른 온실의 전천일사량 및 광합성유효광량자속의 상관관계 및 투과율

| 온실의 경우 구조재가 광투과율에 많은 영향을 주기 때문에 기상조건에 따라 달라지는 산란광과 직달광의 비율에 따라 투과율이 달라질 수 있다 따라서 기상조건에 따른 온실내부의 광투과율을 구명할 필요가있다. 전천일사량은 기상청에서 제공하는 기상자료에서 쉽게 얻을 수가 있는 반면에 광합성유효광량자속의 자료는 직접 측정하지 않고는 구하기가 어렵다. 그러나 전천일사량과 광합성유효광량자속의 상관관계가 얻어지면 전천일사량으로부터 광합성유효광량자속을 쉽게 구할 수가 있을 것이다. 따라서 우리나라 온실에 대하여 기상조건에 따라 광합성유효광양자속을 산정할 수 있는 상관식의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구는 실험을 통하여 온실의 수관부에서의 기상조건에 따른 광합성유효광량자속의 투과율을 산정하고 전천일사와 광합성 유효광량자속과의 상관관계를 구명하기 위하여 수행되었다. 산란광이 많은 흐린 날과 직달광이 많은 맑은날의 투과율 변화는 상당한 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 온실의 투과율은 기상조건에 따라 다르게 적용되어야 할 것으로 판단되었다. 온실의 전천일사량 투과율을 광합성유효광량자속의 투과량을 산정하는데 그대로 이용할 수 있을 것으로 분석되었다. 비록 맑은 날에 비하여 흐린 날의 상관도는 낮지만 상관식의 기울기는 큰 것으로 나타나 운량의 증가와 더불어 전천일사량 중에서 광합성유효광량자속의 비율이 증가하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 시간당 광합성유효광량자속과 전천일사량의 상관식을 유도하였으며, 이러한 상관식을 이용한다면 시간당 전천일사량을 이용하여 시간당 광합성유효광량자속을 추정하는데 적절히 이용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.되었다.종 모두에서 낮아졌고, 죽은 개체의 수명도 길어졌다. 밀양 63호(bph2 gene)와 가야벼(Bph1+bph2 gene) 등 2개 품종에서는 벼멸구의 3개 계통 모두 우화하지 못했다.-44.55개 및 18.1-28.15개로 온도조건에 관계없이 끝동매미충, 흰등멸구, 애멸구 및 벼멸구의 난 순으로 많았다. 하지만 4종 먹이를 함께 제공한 성충의 포식량은 24$^{circ}C$, 28$^{circ}C$ 및 32$^{circ}C$에서 각각 3.95-28.9개, 2.9-28.95개 및 1.7-13.6개로 제공된 먹이간에 차이가 현저하였다. 따라서 먹이간 성충 포식량의 현저한 차이는 기주선호성에 따른 것으로 생각된다.군에서 높았으며, elongation index(20:4$omega$6⇒22:4$omega$6)는 old군에서 낮았다. 대부분의 elongation과 desaturation 단계는 연령에 따라 유의한 차이를 보이지 못하였으나, $omega$3계 지방산의 전체적 elongation-desaturation 단계를 나타내는 products-fatty acid($omega$3)/a-LNA($omega$3) 비율이 old군에서 young군보다 유의하게 높아, 연령에 따른 PUFA 대사의 변화가 관찰되었다. 이 상에서와 같이, 콩 단백질의 섭취로 흰쥐 혈장 인지질의 ∑MUFA조성은 낮고 ∑SFA 조성은 높아 다른 지질 강화성 분의 섭취와 유사 |

| Since the transmittance of solar radiation directly affected by the structural frames of greenhouse can be changed according to the ratio of diffuse to direct radiations, it is necessary to investigate the transmittance of greenhouse at the different weather conditions. We can easily get the data of total solar radiation from the Meteorological Administration, but we have to personally measure the photosynthetic photon flux (PPF). If the relationship between total solar radiation and PPF is established, the PPF can be simply acquired from the relationship. Sol it is required to develop the equation to calculate PPF depending on weather condition. This study was conducted to determine the transmittance of PPF at canopy level in glasshouse and the correlation between total solar radiation and PPF at clear and cloudy days. The variation phase of greenhouse transmittance at clear day was very different from that at cloudy day. It was concluded that the proper transmittance, depending on the weather condition, should be adopted to calculate the accurate total solar radiation and PPF in greenhouse. The transmittance of solar radiation was the same as that of PPF in greenhouse. It was confirmed that the ratio of PPF to total radiation increased as the amount of cloud increased. The correlation between the hourly total solar radiation and PPF was derived. |
