| º» ¿¬±¸´Â ¾Æ¿¬Æó±¤Áö¿ªÀÇ Åä¾ç¿¡ Åä¾ç°³·®Á¦¸¦ ó¸®ÇÑ ÈÄ ±¸ÀýÃÊ¿Í Ãþ²É³ª¹«ÀÇ »ýÀå¹ÝÀÀÀ» ¿¬±¸ÇÔÀ¸·Î¼ »ýÅÂ°è º¹¿øÀ» À§ÇÑ ±âÃÊÀڷḦ ¾ò°íÀÚ ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¾Æ¿¬Æó±¤ÁöÀÇ Åä¾çÀº À¯±â¹° ÇÔ·®¤·ÀÌ ³·¾Ò°í, Åä¾ç Áß Áß±Ý¼Ó ÀÌ¿ÂÀº ZnÀÇ ÇÔ·®ÀÌ °¡Àå ³ô¾Ò°í Pb, Cu, Cd¼øÀ̾ú´Ù. ¾Æ¿¬Æó±¤Áö¿ª Åä¾ç¿¡ ½½·¯Áö ó¸® ½Ã À¯±â¹° ÇÔ·®ÀÌ °¡Àå ³ô¾Ò°í, Áß±Ý¼Ó À̿ ÇÔ·®Àº Åä¾ç°³·®Á¦ Ãʸ®±¸°£ÀÇ Â÷À̰¡ Àû¾ú´Ù. »ýÀ°¹ÝÀÀÀ» º¸¸é ±¸Á¤ÃÊ¿Í Ãþ²É³ª¹« ¸ðµÎ ½½·¯Áö 󸮱¸ÀÇ È¿°ú°¡ ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ±¸ÀýÃÊ¿Í Ãþ²É³ª¹«ÀÇ °¡¿ë¼º ´Ü¹éÁú, ¿±·Ï¼Ò ÇÔ·®, ¿±·Ï¼Ò Çü±¤ ¹ÝÀÀÀº ½½·¯Áö 󸮱¸¿¡¼ °¡Àå ³ô¾Ò°í, ±¤ÇÔ¼º·®°ú Áõ»ê·®µµ ½½·¯Áö 󸮱¸¿¡¼ ³ô¾Ò´Ù. | This study was cnducted ton investigate the effect of soil conditioner such as dolomite, slkudge and organic manure on changes of soil chemical properties of abandoned zinc mine area. Growth responses of Chrysanthemum azwadskii and Caryopteris incana (Tunb) Miq affected by the appication were also determined. In thejsoil of abandoned zinz mine area, total heavy metal contents espectially Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn were high and organic matter contents was low. Application of sludge for phytoremediation resulted in higher soil organic content that other treatments tested. Heavy metal concentrations after application of soil conditioners were not different among treatments. The growth of C. zawadskii and C. incana (Tunb) Miq were significantly higher in sludge treatment than those in other treatments The cholrophyll content, chlorophyll flouorescence, protein content, photosynthetic rate and transpiration were high in sludge treatment. The heavy metal contents of C. zawadskii were the lowest in sludge treatment while those of C. incana (Tunb) Miq was the highest in sludge treatment. |
