| º» ¿¬±¸´Â °¥´ë(Phragmites comm¥ìm¡®s Trin.)ÀÇ »ýÅÂÇüÀû º¯À̸¦ Á¶»çÇϱâ À§ÇØ 1990³â 3¿ù ºÎÅÍ 1992³â 10¿ù±îÁö Çѹݵµ ¼³²Çؾȿ¡ À§Ä¡ÇÑ ¹«¾È¹Ýµµ¿¡¼ Åä¾ç ¿°ºÐ³óµµ°¡ ´Ù¸¥ ¿°½ÀÁö, ±â¼ö ¹× À°¼öÁö¿ªÀÇ °¥´ë °³Ã¼±º¿¡¼ Á¾ÀÚ¸¦ äÁ¾ÇÏ¿© ¹ß¾ÆÀ², ¹ß¾Æ¼¼ ¹× À¯¸ðÀÇ ´Ü¹éÁú ÆÐÅÏ µîÀ» Á¶»çÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¿Âµµº° °¥´ë°³Ã¼±ºÀÇ ¹ß¾ÆÀ²Àº $25^{circ}C$¿¡¼ ±â¼ö¿Í À°¼öÁö¿ªÀÌ 100%, ¿°½ÀÁöÁö¿ªÀÌ 95%·Î °¡Àå ¹ß¾ÆÀ²ÀÌ ³ô¾ÒÀ¸¸ç ¿°½ÀÁö¿Í ±â¼ö´Â $20^{circ}C$¿Í $30^{circ}C$¿¡¼ ºñ½ÁÇÑ °æÇâÀ» º¸¿´°í $15^{circ}C$¿¡¼ °¨¼ÒÇÏ ¿´´Ù. ¹ß¾Æ °³½ÃÀÏÀº ¸ðµç °³Ã¼±ºÀÌ $25^{circ}C$¿Í $30^{circ}C$¿¡¼ ºü¸¥ °æÇâÀ» º¸¿´°í $20^{circ}C,;15^{circ}C$$ÀÇ ¼øÀ¸·Î Áö¿¬µÇ¾ú´Ù. ¹ß¾Æ ¼Óµµ°è¼ö´Â $25^{circ}C$¿¡¼ ¿°½ÀÁö°¡ 36.75·Î °¡Àå ³ô°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µÀ¸¸ç, ±â¼ö, À°¼öÁö¿ª ÀÇ ¼øÀ̾ú´Ù. ¹ß¾Æ»ó¿¡ ÀÖ¾î¼ ¿°ºÐ³óµµº° °¢ °³Ã¼±º °£ÀÇ ¹ß¾ÆÀ²Àº 3.0%ÀÇ ¿°ºÐ³óµµ¿¡¼ ¿°½ÀÁöÀÇ °æ¿ì 30%(ÆÄÁ¾ 10ÀÏ ÈÄ)·Î °¨¼ÒÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç ±â¼öÁö¿ªÀº 2.5%, À°¼öÁö¿ªÀº ÀüÇô ¹ß¾ÆÇÏÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù. ¿°ºÐ ³óµµº° ¹ß¾Æ °³½ÃÀÏÀº ¹ß¾Æ»óÀÇ ¿°ºÐ³óµµ°¡ Áõ°¡ÇÔ¿¡ µû¶ó ¿°½ÀÁö, °¡¼öÁö¿ª, À°¼öÁö¿ªÀÇ ¼øÀ¸·Î ¿°½ÀÁöÁö¿ªÀÌ °¡Àå »¡¶ú´Ù. ¹ß¾Æ¼¼µµ ´ëÁ¶±¸¿¡¼ °¡Àå ³ô°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µÀ¸¸ç ¹ß¾Æ»óÀÇ ¿°ºÐ³óµµ°¡ 0.5%¿¡¼ 3.0%·Î ³ô¾ÆÁü¿¡ µû¶ó °³Ã¼±ºº°·Î Á¡Á¡ °¨¼ÒÇÏ¿© ¿°½ÀÁö°¡ 3.0%ÀÇ ¿°ºÐ³óµµ¿¡¼ 9.50, ±â¼öÁö¿ª ÀÌ 0.75, À°¼öÁö¿ªÀº 0À¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. À¯¹¦ÀÇ ¼ö¿ë¼º ´Ü¹éÁúÀÇ ÆÐÅÏÀº SDS page¹ý¿¡ µû¶ó ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù. Àü±â¿µµ¿ °á°ú °³Ã¼±ºµé°£ ¹ßÇöµÇ´Â ´Ü¹éÁúÀÇ Á¾·ù¿Í ¾çÀÌ ¶Ñ·ÇÇÑ Â÷À̸¦ º¸¿´´Ù. ÀÌ»óÀÇ °á°ú ÇѹݵµÀÇ ÇØ¾È°ú ³»·ú¿¡ ºÐÆ÷ÇÏ´Â °¥´ë°³Ã¼±ºµéÀÇ »ýÀ°ÁöÀÇ Åä¾ç ¿°ºÐ³óµµ¿¡ µû¶ó ¿°½ÀÁöÇü, ±â¼öÇü ¹× À°¼öÇüÀ¸·Î »ý´ëÇüÀû º¯À̰¡ ÀÌ·ç¾îÁø °ÍÀ¸·Î »ý°¢µÈ´Ù. |

| In order to study and ecotypic variation of Phragmites communis Trin., we investigated germination rates, velocities, and protein band patte±º of seeds of three population of salt marsh, estuary and fresh water areas of Muan Peninsular in southwestern coast of Korea from March, 1990 to October, 1992. The highest germination rates of seeds were observed at $25^{circ}C$; those of population of the estuary and fresh water are were 100% and that of the salt marsh was 95%. Similar germination rates were observed from the populations of estuary and fresh water areas at $30^{circ}C$ and $20^{circ}C$, but they decreased at $15^{circ}C$. The onset of germination of seeds of three population was earlier $^{circ}C$, but they decreased at $15^{circ}C$. The onset of germination of seeds of th three populations was earlier at both $25^{circ}C$, which was higher than those of any other areas, while that of fresh water areas was the lowest. were different; those of salt marsh and estuary decreased to 30% and 2.5%, respectively, at 3.0% of salt content, but seeds of the fresh water area did not germinate at all at the same salt content. The onset of germination was delayed in the order of the salt marsh, esturay and fresh water areas as salt content of culture solution increased. Germination of seeds from the population of salt marsh was found to begin earliest. The highest germination velocity of three populations was observed in the culture containing no salt. The germination velocity constant decreased as salt content of culture solution increased from 0.5% to 3.0%: those of the populations of the salt marsh, estuary, and fresh water areas were 9.50, 0.75 and 0.00, respectively, at the salt concentration of 3.0%. Soluble protein patterns of seedings from the three populations were analyzed by SDS-PAGE method. The results showed that protein patterns of the three populations were distinctly different qualitatively and quantitatively. The present study suggests that populations of Phragmites communis Trin. in the coast of Korea had taken ecotypic variations of habitats, i.e., fresh water, estuary, and salt marsh types, according to the salt content. |
