ÃøÁ¤ °á°ú Á¶»ç±â°£ Áß ¼ö¿ÂÀº $2sim30.8^{circ}C$, pH $3.9sim9.14$, DO´Â $5.04sim14.95;mg;l^{-1}$ÀÇ ¹üÁÖ¿¡¼­ º¯È­ÇÏ¿´´Ù. BOD¿Í ¹«±â¿µ¾ç¿°·ù($NH_4$-N, $NO_2$-N, $NO_3$-N, $PO_4$-P)ÀÇ ³óµµ´Â ±Ý°­ Áß·ùÁö¿ª¿¡ ºñÇØ ºñ±³Àû ³·Àº °ªÀ» ³ªÅ¸³Â´Ù. Á¾¼Ó¿µ¾ç¼¼±Õ°ú ÃÑ´ëÀå±Õ±ºÀÇ ±Õü¼ö º¯È­´Â °¢°¢ $4.1{pm}1.0{ imes}10^2sim6.7{pm}1.1 imes10^3;cfu;ml^{-1}$¿Í $0{sim}2.3{pm}0.6{ imes}10^2;cfu;ml^{-1}$ÀÇ ¹üÁÖ¿¡¼­ º¯È­ÇÏ¿´´Ù. »ý¸®Àû Ư¼º±ÕÀ¸·Î ´Ü¹éÁú ºÐÇØ ¼¼±Õ, ÀüºÐ ºÐÇØ ¼¼±Õ, Áö¹æºÐÇØ ¼¼±Õ ¹× ¼¿·ê·Î½º ºÐÇØ ¼¼±ÕÀÇ ºÐÆ÷¸¦ ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. Á¶»ç±â°£ Áß ¼¿·ê·Î½º ºÐÇØ ¼¼±ÕÀÌ ´Ù¸¥ »ý¸®Àû Ư¼º±Õ¿¡ ºñÇØ ºñ±³Àû ³ôÀº °ªÀ» ³ªÅ¸³Â´Ù. ºÐ¸®µÈ 60 ±ÕÁÖ´Â 16S rDNA ºÐ¼® °á°ú ¿ìÁ¡¼ÓÀº Pseudomonas ¼Ó 20 ±ÕÁÖ·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.
The monthly variations of physico-chemical and microbiological water quality were investigate in the artificial Lake Geumgang near estuary barrage. Sixty heterotrophic bacteria were isolated and identified by amplification and sequencing of 16S rDNA. Water temperature, pH, and inorganic nutrients($NH_4$-N, $NO_2$-N, $NO_3$-N, $PO_4$-P) were measured. Concentrations of DO, BOD, and inorganic nutrients were lower than in the middle-stream of Geum river The population densities of heterotrophic bacteria and total coliforms varied from $4.1{pm}1.0 imes10^2$ to $6.7{pm}1.1{ imes}10^3;cfu;ml^{-1}$, and 0 to $2.3{pm}0.6{ imes}10^2;cfu;ml^{-1}$, respectively. Among the measured numbers of physiological groups of bacteria, cellulolytic bacteria showed higher population densities than those of other physiological groups. Bacterial community structure was analysed based on 16S rDNA partial sequencing. Among 60 isolates, dominant genus was Pseudomones (20 strains).
