E. coliÀÇ ¼ºÀå ÀúÇØ È¿°ú°¡ ÀÖ´Â °ÍµéÀº (R)(-)carvone, (S)(+)carvone, (1R)(-)fenchone, (-)menthone, ¥á-pinene, (1S)(-)verbenone ±×¸®°í (+)¥â-pineneÀ̾ú°í, À̵é Áß¿¡¼ °¡Àå ³ôÀº ¼ºÀå ÀúÇØ È¿°ú¸¦ º¸ÀÌ´Â °ÍÀº (+)¥â-pineneÀ̾ú´Ù. ±×¸®°í A. nidulans¿¡ ¼ºÀå ÀúÇØ È¿°ú¸¦ º¸ÀÌ´Â °ÍµéÀº (R)(-)carvone, (S)(+)carvone, (+)¥â-pinene, geranyl-acetate, ¥á-pinene ±×¸®°í (1S)(-)verbenoneÀ̾ú´Ù. º» ½ÇÇè¿¡¼ A. nidulans¿¡ ¼º Àå ÀúÇØ È¿°ú¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³»´Â monoterpeneÀº ´ëºÎºÐ E. coli¿¡¼µµ ÀúÇØÈ¿°ú¸¦ º¸À̴µ¥, ´Ù¸¸ geranyl-acetate´Â E. coli¿¡¼´Â ÀüÇô ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡Áö ¾Ê´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ (1R)(-)fenchone°ú (-)menthoneÀº E. coliÀÇ ¼ºÀå ¾ïÁ¦¸¦ ÇÏ´Â ¹Ý¸é. A. nidulansÀÇ ¼ºÀå¿¡´Â ¿µÇâÀÌ ¾ø¾ú´Ù. ƯÈ÷ ÁÖ¸ñÇÒ ¸¸ÇÑ Á¡Àº myrcene, sabinene, bornyl acetate ±×¸®°í limoneneÀÇ °æ¿ì µÎ Á¾ ¸ðµÎ¿¡¼ ¼ºÀå ÀúÇØ È¿°ú°¡ ÀüÇô ³ªÅ¸³ªÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù. |

| We examined the effect of 12 main monoterpenes in Pinus plants on growth inhibition of Escherichia coli and Aspergillus nidulans. We tested four concentrations of each compound by comparing the clear zone with controls. (R)-(-)carvone, (S)(+)carvone, (1R)(-)fenchone, (-)menthone, ¥á-pinene, (1S) (-)verbenone and (+)¥â - pinene had a inhibition effect on E. coli. (R)-(-)carvone, (S)(+)carvone, (+) ¥â-pinene, geranyl-acetate, ¥á-pinene, and (1S)(-)verbenone had inhibitory effects on the growth of A. nidulans. Geranyl-acetate inhibit growth of A. nidulans, however not to E. coli. And (1R)(-)fenchone and (-)menthone inhibit growth of E. coli, but not to A. nidulans. Myrcene, sabinene, bornyl acetate, and limonene had no inhibitory effects on E. coli and A. nidulans, eventhough at the highest concentration. All these results suggested that some selected monoterpenes had antifungal activities depend on the species of microorganism. |
