Ç×»ýÁ¦ ³»¼º±ÕÀÇ ³âÁß ºÐÆ÷´Â ampicillin ³»¼º±ÕÀÇ °æ¿ì, 1.5¡¾0.7¡¿10-4.3¡¾0.3¡¿10©ø cfu mL/sup -l/, chloramphenicol ³»¼º±ÕÀÇ °æ¿ì, 0-6.4 ¡¾0.4 ¡¿10©÷ cfu mL/sup -1/, gentamicin³»¼º±ÕÀÇ °æ¿ì, 0-2.8¡¾0.3¡¿10©ø cfu mL/sup -1/, kanamycin³»¼º±ÕÀÇ °æ¿ì, 0-4.5¡¾1.0¡¿10©ø cfu mL/sup -1/, ±×¸®°í streptomycin ³»¼º±ÕÀº 1.0¡¾0.4¡¿10-2.3¡¾0.5¡¿10©ø cfu mL/sup -1/ÀÇ ¹üÁÖ¿¡¼ º¯ÈÇÏ¿´´Ù. Á¶»çµÈ Ç×»ýÁ¦ ³»¼º±Õµé Áß ampicllin ³»¼º±ÕÀÌ ¸ðµç Á¤Á¡¿¡¼ °¡Àå ³ôÀº ±Õü¼ö¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³Â´Ù Á¶»ç±â°£ Áß 60±ÕÁÖÀÇ Ç×»ýÁ¦ ³»¼º±ÕÀÌ ºÐ¸®µÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç, ±× Áß ±×¶÷¾ç¼º ¼¼±ÕÀº 6±ÕÁÖ, ±×¶÷À½¼º¼¼±ÕÀº 54±ÕÁÖ¸¦ Â÷ÁöÇÏ¿´´Ù. Ç×»ýÁ¦ ³»¼º±ÕÀ¸·Î ºÐ¸®µÈ ±ÕÁÖ´Â Pseudomonas ¼Ó, Aeromonas ¼Ó, ±×¸®°í Bacillus ¼Ó°ú Stenotrophomonas ¼Ó µîÀÌ ¿ìÁ¡À¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µÀ¸¸ç, À̿ܿ¡µµ Enterobacter ¼Ó, Sphingobium ¼Ó, Variovorax ¼Ó, ±×¸®°í Serratia ¼Ó, Acinetobacter ¼Ó, Mycoplana ¼Ó, Psychrobacter ¼Ó°ú , Xanthomonas ¼Ó µîÀÌ Æ÷ÇԵǾú´Ù. µ¿Á¤µÈ ±ÕµéÀº ampicillin, kanamycin, chloramphenicol, streptomycin, gentamicin ¼øÀ¸·Î ³ôÀº ³»¼ºÀ» ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. |

| This study was conducted to evaluate the annual population variation and identification of antibiotic-resistant bacteria in the lower artificial Lake Geumgang from January to December, 2002. Samples were taken from the surface waters at 3 stations near the estuarine barrage. The results were as follows; the population densities of heterotrophic bacteria varied from 4.1¡¾1.0¡¿10©÷ to 6.7¡¾1.1¡¿10©ø cfu ml/sup -1/ during the investigation periods. The population densities of antibiotic-resistant bacteria ranged from 1.5¡¾0.7¡¿10 to 4.3¡¾0.3¡¿10©ø cfu ml/sup -1/ for ampicillin; from 0 to 6.4¡¾0.4¡¿ 10©÷ cfu ml/sup -1/ for chloramphenicol; from 0 to 2.8¡¾0.3¡¿10©ø cfu ml/sup -1/ for gentamicin; from 0 to 4.5¡¾1.0¡¿10©ø cfu ml/sup -1/ for kanamycin; and from 1.0¡¾0.4 ¡¿ 10 to 2.3¡¾0.5¡¿10©ø cfu ml/sup -1/ for streptomycin, respectively. Of the sixty isolates, 90% were Gram negative. Dominant genera by 16S rDNA analysis were identified Aeromonas spp. (14 strains), Bacillus spp. (6 strains), Enterobacter spp. (4 strains), and Stenotrophomonas spp. (6 strains). These strains were clustered into 12 groups based on relatedness by average linkage method. Of the 60 isolates, 85% had the resistance to ampicilin and 32% were shown resistance to more than 2 kinds of antibiotics. |
