'95³â 8¿ù 26ÀÏ 8¡10½Ã »çÀÌ¿¡´Â, ³²ÇѰ ¿©ÁÖ´ë±³ ÁöÁ¡¿¡¼ È«¼ö À¯¼ÓÀ» ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. 500m ±æÀÌÀÇ ±³·®¿¡ ´ëÇÏ¿© 23°³ ÁöÁ¡¿¡¼ ÃøÁ¤ÇÑ °á°ú, Ç¥¸é À¯¼Ó°ªÀº ¾à 2¡4m/s¿´´Ù. ¼ö½ÉÆò±Õ À¯¼Ó ȯ»ê°è¼ö¸¦ 0.85·Î Çϰí, À¯·®À» ȯ»êÇÑ °á°ú´Â ¾à 10,500 §©/s¿´´Ù. ȯ»êÀ¯·®°ªÀº ¼öÀ§-À¯·®½ÄÀ̳ª ºÎÁ¤·ù °è»ê¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ °ª°ú ¡¾2% À̳»ÀÇ ÆíÂ÷¸¦ º¸¿´´Ù. ÀÚ·á »ç¿ë °£°ÝÀ» 40m ¶Ç´Â 60m·Î º¯°æÇÏ¿© À¯·®À» ȯ»êÇÏ¿©µµ º°´Ù¸¥ Â÷À̰¡ ¾ø¾ú´Ù. Æò»ó½ÃÀÇ À¯·®ÃøÁ¤Àº '96³â ÇϹݱ⿡ ´ëû±³ ÁöÁ¡¿¡¼ ¼öÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù. ´ëû´ïÀÇ ¹æ·ù·®À» ±âÁö°ªÀ¸·Î ÇÏ¿© ¼ö½ÉÆò±Õ À¯¼Ó ȯ»ê°è¼ö¸¦ ÃßÁ¤ÇÑ °á°ú 0.83¡0.87ÀÇ ¹üÀ§¿¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. °è±â ÀÚüÀÇ ¹Ì¼¼¿ÀÂ÷¿Í ¹Ù¶÷ÀÇ ¿µÇâÀº °è¼Ó ¿¬±¸µÇ¾î¾ß ÇÏÁö¸¸, ÇÏõÀÇ È«¼ö À¯·®ÃøÁ¤¿¡ Ç¥¸éÀ¯¼Ó°è¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÏ´Â °ÍÀº °£ÆíÇÏ°í ½Ç¿ëÀûÀÎ ´ë¾ÈÀÌ µÉ ¼ö ÀÖÀ½À» È®ÀÎÇÏ¿´´Ù. |

| Water surface velocity meters with microwave were applied to stream discharge measurements and its practical sapects were evaluted. The rating of the surface velocity meters was performed through a carriage and a water tank for the ship model test. It gave 5.5% or less errors of average measured vcelocities under the vertical tilt angle of 20¡Æ, 35¡Æ, or 45¡Æ. A surface velocity meter was used to measure flood velocities at Yoju bridge from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on August 26, 1995. The results showed that surface velocities ranged from 2 to 4 m/s. With the measured surface velocities multiplied by 0.85, the discharge was computed as 10,500 §©/s. It differed ¡¾2% or less from the value of a stage-discharge curve and that of an unsteady flow simulation. Although the measured data are used sparsely per 40 or 60 meters, the computed discharges do not give large variation. Stream discharge measurements were also performed under the normal condition without floods. With the known values of Taechong Dam releases, the depth averaging factors of velocity were calculated by 0.83¡0.87. Although there are errors from wind action and inherent ones in the velocity meters, the research showed that surface velocity meters could be an simple and practical alternative for flood discharge measurements. |
