À̸¦ À§ÇØ ¹Ì°èÃø À¯¿ª¿¡¼­ÀÇ À¯È¿°­¿ì·® »êÁ¤¿¡ ÇÊ¿äÇÑ GIS °ø°£ÀÚ·á(°³·«Åä¾çµµ, Á¤¹ÐÅä¾çµµ, ÅäÁöÀÌ¿ë°èȹµµ,À§¼º¿µ»ó)¸¦ ±¸ÃàÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¹Ì±¹ Åä¾çº¸Á¸±¹(SCS)ÀÇ À¯Ãâ°î¼±¹øÈ£(runoff curve number CN)¹æ¹ýÀÇ Àû¿ëÀ» À§ÇÑ ¼ö¹®ÇÐÀû ¼Ó¼ºÀÇ ÀԷ°úÁ¤¿¡¼­ ¹ß»ýÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ¹®Á¦Á¡À» ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ SCS CN°ª »êÁ¤À» À§ÇÑ GIS °ø°£ÀÚ·áÀÇ ¼±Á¤¿¡ µû¸¥ À¯ÃâÀÀ´äƯ¼ºÀ» °ËÅäÇÏ¿´´Ù. ½ÇÃø ¼ö¹®°î¼±°úÀÇ °ËÁõÀ» ÅëÇØ ¹Ì°èÃø À¯¿ª¿¡¼­ÀÇ °­¿ìÀ¯Ãâ¸ðÀÇ¿¡¼­ GISÀÇ Àû¿ë¼ºÀ» È®ÀÎÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. SCS CN°ªÀ» »êÁ¤Çϱâ À§ÇÑ GIS °ø°£ÀÚ·á·Î¼­´Â Á¤¹ÐÅä¾çµµ¿Í À§¼º¿µ»óÀڷḦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ ÀûÇÕÇÑ °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.
Hydrology-based topographical informations generated by GIS techniques could be changed according to the selection of base map, algorithm of extraction, and so on. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the variation of SCS CN extracted by GIS technique and to propose the effective strategy for applying GIS to the rainfall-runoff simulation in ungaged basin. For experimental implementation, GIS spatial data, such as reconnaissance soil map, detailed interpretative soil map, landuse planning map and remotely sensed data(Landsat TM), were collected and generated to calculated the amount of effective rainfall in Pyungchang river basin. In applying SCS Runoff Curve Number to the test basin, the hydrological attribute data were analyzed. In addition, the characteristics of runoff responses according to the selection of GIS spatial data for SCS CN were reviewed. This study shows the applicability of GIS techniques to runoff simulation in ungaged basin by comparing with the measured flood hydrograph. It has been found that the detailed interpretative soil map and remote sensing data are appropriate for calculating of SCS CN.
