| ¿ì¸®³ª¶ó ¼³²ºÎÁö¿ªÀº ±Ý°, ¸¸°æ°, µ¿Áø°, ¿µ»ê° ¹× À̵é Çϱ¸ ´ã¼öÈ£¿Í °ü·ÃÇÏ¿© ¿ë¼ö¼ö±Þ¿¡ ÀÖ¾î ºÒ±ÕÇüÀ» ÀÌ·ç°í ÀÖ´Â ½ÇÁ¤ÀÌ´Ù. ¿¹¸¦ µé¸é, ±Ý°Çϱ¸È£´Â Àú¼ö¿ë·®ÀÌ À۱⠶§¹®¿¡ ¸¹Àº ¾çÀ» ¹Ù´Ù·Î ¹ö¸®°í ÀÖ´Â ½ÇÁ¤ÀÌ´Ù. ¹Ý¸é, ÇöÀç °Ç¼³ÁßÀÎ »õ¸¸±ÝÈ£´Â ºñ±³Àû Àú¼ö¿ë·®¿¡ ºñÇÏ¿© À¯ÀÔ·®ÀÌ ÀûÀº ÆíÀÌ´Ù. ±×¸®°í ¿µ±¤, ¿µ¾ÏÀÇ °æ¿ì¿Í °°ÀÌ ¿µ»ê° ÇÏ·ù Áö¿ªÀº ¿ë¼ö¼ö¿ä·®Àº ¸¹°í °ø±Þ·®Àº ºÎÁ·ÇÑ ½ÇÁ¤ÀÌ´Ù. ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ¿ë¼ö¼ö±ÞÀÇ ºÒ±ÕÇüÀ» ÇØ°áÇϰí, ¼öÀÚ¿øÀÇ ÀÌ¿ë È¿À²À» ³ôÀ̱â À§ÇØ ´ÙÁßÀú¼öÁö ¿¬°è¿î¿µ¸ðÇü(HOMMS : Hierarchical Operation Model for Multi-Reservoir System)À» °³¹ßÇÏ¿© ÀÌµé ´ã¼öÈ£°¡ ¿¬°á¼ö·Î¿¡ ÀÇÇØ ¼·Î ¿¬°áµÇ¾ú´Ù°í °¡Á¤ÇÏ¿© ´ÙÁßÀú¼öÁö ¿¬°è¿î¿µÀ» ½ÃµµÇÏ¿´´Ù. ±× °á°ú 2011³âÀ» ¸ñÇ¥·Î ±âÁ¸ÀÇ ´ã¼öÈ£¿¡¼ ¾à 21¾ï m3ÀÇ ³ó¾îÃÌ¿ë¼ö°¡ Ãß°¡·Î ÇÊ¿äÇÑ °ÍÀ¸·Î ÃßÁ¤µÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç, ÀÌ ¾çÀº °¢ ´ã¼öÈ£¸¦ ¿¬°è¿î¿µÇÔÀ¸·Î¼ ¹«È¿¹æ·ù·® 19¾ï m3 À» ¹°ÀÌ ºÎÁ·ÇÑ Áö¿ªÀ¸·Î µµ¼ö°¡ °¡´ÉÇÏ¿© Àç»ç¿ëÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. | The south-western part of Korea is situated in an unbalance of water supply and demand relating to the Keum, Mankyung, Dongjin and Youngsan River and their estuary reservoirs. For example, the Keum River estuary reservoir is discharging the larger amount of yearly runoff into the sea due to the small storage capacity, while Saemankeum estuary reservoir which is under construction, has the smaller runoff comparing with its strorage capacity. And the downstream area of the Youngsan River, such as Youngkwang, Youngam are deficient in water due to larger demand and smaller supply. In order to solve the above unbalanced water supply and demand and also to improve the water use effciency, the Hierarchical Operation Model for Multi-reservoir System(HOMMS) has been developed and applied to analyze the multi-reservoir operation assuming that the above reservoirs were linked each other. The result of this study shows that $2,148{ imes}106; extrm{m}^3$ of annual additional water requirement for agricultural and rural water demands are required in this region at 2011 of target year, and these demands can be resolved by diverting and reusing $1,913{ imes}106; extrm{m}^3$ of the released water from the estuary reservoirs into the sea. |
