새로운 Life Style의 생활화와 지속적인 도시의 변화를 이루고자 하는 노력의 일환으로 서울시 구로구 신도림동 일대에 조성된 복합문화시설인 디큐브시티는 “자연과 문화의 연계”를 컨셉으로 조경을 포함한 조형적인 조화와 표현으로 창의적인 환경디자인을 완성하였다. 이번호에서는 지난 8월호에 이어 디큐브시티의 소개와 함께 설계자인Oikosdesign의 아네모네 대표로부터 설계 의도 및 디자인 전개 과정을 비롯한 소재 및 식재, 준공 후 중점 점검 사항, 디자이너의 생각과 디자인 철학 등을 들어보았다.

D-Cube City sets to lead new life style and sustainable urban changes in Sindorimdong, Guro-gu, Seoul as mixed-use cultural complex. This place formulates a co-existence of nature and culture through an e-pression of harmony and creative environment design. Following the last issue, the D-Cube City and its planning concepts, design concepts, materials and plantation, major supervision points after completion, design idea as well as design philosophy of Anemone Beck Koh, the principle of design studio Oikosdesign.
